Well this just happened :)

Twisted 28, 2.5mm about .7 ohms. KGD, Wide open AFC, simple build, Clouds. But I run unflavored nic base. I'll make a vid on it tonight if I can or tomorrow night :)

Squonks and drains so well it'll scare ya.

Single coil Stumpy may just be my new favorite. Gimme a few days with it but I don't see this atty leaking with the drain so good.

Very nice, Russ. I'm not sure how you clean your gear but be careful with the teflon drip tip and hot water. I ran mine through my ultrasonic cleaner with some other stuff using some fairly hot water and, well... it melted a bit. It may be hard to see in the pic but it definitely deformed quite a bit.

The Stumpy is *probably* my favorite atty. I'm almost sure it has edged out my beloved Derringers for the top spot. Can't wait until my second one arrives. One of them will be doing Ni200 duty on my SX350J Tmod.

I'm side air, all the way. After getting rid of a Rogue, REMatty, and Vector, I'm likely all done with top air.

Single coil, twisted, what's next.... Claptons??;)

That sounds too much like work. But I guess I'm getting old enough to realize that I should "never say never" anymore.

I blame you freaks. I thought I was rockin along just fine before I started rollin with ya'll atty ....'s.

Tom, wished we lived closer. We could offer each other moral support in the F5 craziness in 3 hours. Of course, I have the 300gb internet connection, so it would make better sense for you to be here.

Damn I would realllllllllllllly love a white but a black also fine. Wife without me knowing booked a steak restaurant in the middle of nowhere which has zero wifi let along 300gb!

Good luck Penguiness I have to admit I'm just a tiny bit jealous, hope your one of the lucky 6

Thank you for the heads up bro. I just run my stuff under water (sometimes hot) to clean it. That is a side effect of UFNB. Just a lil water and its like it never even happened - servepro style.

Yeah, Ima have to see in real world situations - like out and about this weekend. Ima just use the stumpy. There's something special about attys - top air attys, that you can just put in your pocket and forget about, text, you know, life. Stuff I was painfully aware of before top air.

Now I have been spoiled by zero juice anywhere wether I just squonked or whatever by top air.

Being that I like the vape better ATM and mounting a single coil Z style like the old chalices is so damn easy, I am anxious to see if this rapid drain, high AFC, exceptional quality atty still allows me the carefree lifestyle I've grown acustomed to.

I am anxious to find out, however, my bank account would rather I never got this thing or even met you enabling bunch of freaks.

That really sucks, Robbie. I sure hope I am one of the lucky ones, and thank you for the good thoughts!

I've thought about going back to single coil again. I may give it a shot soon in the Manta. .7-.8ish. Less juice consumption, more battery life, would be nice.
Tim, I'm not sure about less juice consumption. This little twisted hogleg is slurping up juice with ferocity.

But it is easier to build and wick that's a huge plus. Yes, going from .4 - .5 to .7 is gonna improve battery life too.

The beauty of this atty is the coil, like the chalices of yore sits right in line with the juice hole AND your drip tip so the added warmth and coil soaking squonks afforded by that relationship make it a win - possibly the best vape I've ever experienced.

Chalices had finicky screws and not NEARLY enough air. Once I went 22mm I never looked back at them.

This is like the real mans / woman's chalice. Robust, burly fasteners, sick AFC, press fit top ample build space, side single coil capable but I'd not see myself running it that way when you can center the coil on the hole / airstream direct to your mouth.

I've got the AFC wide open on both sides. It is easilky clouding more than those subtanks that inspired me to wanna try a single to equal the vapor they were producing at the same wattage.

Glad I talked to those guys :)

I hated the Z coil until I opened up airflow from the other side, once the center coil gets air from both sides it really kicks ..., lately that's all I've been running is single center coil, I really gotta get me one of those stumpys man, hope you still have them in a few weeks :(

Not sure how you have the airflow configured but my recommendation is both sides wide open pointed at the post rather than the wick. Give it a shot. It does seem to make a difference:D

Turbo, the stumpy is everything you'd expect in a 22mm chalice. Except the fasteners kill that of the chalice. And it's short. YOU need one brother. Any you are correct about center coil both sides AFC. It puts this bad boy WAY over the top.

Turn it----stick it back on-----

Vape it----

Before I tried squonking, I vaped GG mods & RTAs almost exclusively. The center, single coil, tightish draw suits my tastes. So ever since purchasing my first squonker I've been on the hunt for a 22mm bf atty that vapes the same as those GG attys that I love. It took some time, and MANY attys later, but these Nectars are it! Thanks to Tom for his relentless search for all varieties to please all vapers. Not so long ago, the bf choices were extremely limited. Not so much anymore...the bf community is very grateful Tom.
thank you :toast:

If somebody who isnt on the Nectar list wants one, hit me up. I got mine the other day and its way too restrictive for me. Great flavor but I need more air flow. I'd rather have a 3rd Manta. I'll probably list it in the classies later or I'll trade for an authentic Manta if you have one. :D

im in the same boat with you on the nectar, what sux is I was always for less air and then hangin out here I got to getting friendly with lots more air than normal.so if anyone after you sell/trade yours off I have the same deal for someone.i just haven't osted it on the classys

I go away for a couple hours to start a pot of chili. I come back to SuperX ditching his Vectors and doing twisted single coils on a little side airflow atty. Next I suppose he'll be drippin' The Milkman on fused Claptons.

This place can get pretty weird at times...
