Four new batteries already bought/received, charged and ready for the CAM-M, marquis coiled and ready, all I need now is a CAM-M mod [emoji

Edit - if I can find another slam cap a second REMatty will be coming along for the ride, my current one is tuned in so good, zero spit back and singing from the hills on my current 0.4 setup

The vector is amazing. The deck is big enough to build just about any build on. The top cap where the air holes are has a nice contour to it. The flavor is truly amazing. And that was with a simple first time quick build. I have not got into a real flavor build. Like twisted 30 gauge nichrome or anything I have been gawking at this RDA for about a week. I built it out and ran it on a mech. And was impressed. I think it's worth the time and energy. Amazing flavor with no leaks. And easy to change the air flow Can't say enough good things about it really

Excellent atty. Top shelf, for sure. Almost as good as the Velocity. Integrated drip tip is REMatty meh. But the machining is typical VLS Vulcan-like perfection.

I'm in for the dual sqonkgasm. Once I saw pics I'm definitely down for it. Sand that california-car garbage off of the side of mine, please. I will pay extra for no logo. Double if you manage to get a perfect Ford oval on it. Kidding. Kinda.

Edit:

"There's no replacement for displacement"

That's the truth, sir. You want some power? Put some fuel down the pipe and burn it.

dammit you guys, I wondering if I shouldn't just go for the mech instead of the regulated... It looks great, it would save me some $$, and I'll bet it'll be smaller... I've got tiny girl hands to worry about. Having rounded sides really makes a difference.

Just a heads up: I ordered 50 more boxes for the Cam-M this morning. Trials have gone very well. I can't wait for you guys to understand what the top fed people have been telling us for years; nothing hits like 2 18650's. Forget what you know about xx resistance feels like. In a world with almost no battery sag .40 on a dual mech hits harder than .30 on a single 18650 and will do it all day vs 3-4 hours of great followed by a few hours of meh...

I haven't decided whether or not to remove the "VERTEX" from the front side or not. Thoughts?
Brother Tom, an etched CAM logo would sure be cool on this but probably a little pricey? How about a stamped logo and s/n number on the bottom. Would retain the smooth uncluttered look but would make the first run of these truly unique!!

It really does. I own a REO grand and one of gdeal's PEKO mods. The PEKO feels like nothing in hand compared to the REO.

I hear you Sean, bought two REO's and a Peko dna 40 at the same time...used one of the REO's for about 10 minutes, the Peko hasn't left my hand, except to go in my shirt pocket, best mod I ever owned.

Top the Peko with Catfish Atty's, we have a winning combination......:)

Now I have to buy another Peko or (two).....:thumb:

Tonight's Derringer build..

Alawot....Did the same this evening, I really like the Derringer...simple to build with great flavor and NO leaks. 28 ga 7 wraps, vapes nicely @ .58 ohms on the Peko.

Have to get a couple more Derringers from Tom. Inexpensive, quality built, incredible vape.

Anyone who has a REMatty should get one of these, with the slam cap this atty IMO is right up there with the best, just one thing worth noting when using the slam cap you have to paint it with a short stubby tip, the bottom of the tip which inserts into the cap can't be any longer than 4-5mm otherwise it stifles the vape, only my stubby wide bore tips work with the cap

I was hoping the vector demo would go through but I also understand that Chowder doesn't have the time to do it right now
I didn't say that. I will make them work... I have a plan.... Funding 25 of them today.

Or you can switch to a grub screw in the center post. 4-40 X 1/8".

Don't tell nobody but.. I can use the same box for both... The regulated would be heavily modified however and possibly shorter by a few mm. I like this box. It feels nice in the hands I think we are coming into day 5 or 6 now and I have used this almost exclusively since I finished the first one. I don't like the the squonk tube and pin that I used on mine. I have gone through six revisions of that part so far. I have 2 more coming today that one of which will be perfect. I will also be talking to an engraving shop tomorrow (Thursday)

I tried using a leroux with the slam cap but I just end up drinking juice. I keep trying non super wide bore drip tips on that and the derringer and I either drink juice or lose flavor. guess I'm just a chuff style junkie:)

The standard derringer top should be perfect for the slam cap, not getting any juice whatsoever, have to say right now the build I have is hitting the sweet spot perfectly. It was good before but current build is out of this world - definitely favourite atty ATM

I'll try that later but I just absolutely love the standard rem cap...I run brads caps on derringers. This is basically one of those built in. Agreed it is a killer atty :)

Mine does condensate a lot...anyone else experience that?
