Google is fixed.... They were just very suspicious about the dual accounts that I don't have. Evidently money launderers often send monies to similar accounts.
Again my GW acct is my screen name Chowderhead1972 at Gmail dot Com.

What's up guys. I have a couple questions. Who makes the LowPro rda? I can't seem to find a definitive on that. Also, someone posted a pic of a quality looking 510 ohm meter a while back. Where can I get one of those or a comparable quality and reliable unit. These 10 dollar ones keep crapping out and/or give me really inaccurate readings. Thanks guys and gals.

I believe Tom posted a link to a reamer. Anyone remember where that was?
Send me an email. I'll send you links. Hudy makes a few but they are $35-$60.

I'll sell you my Hudy (large) reamer for $20 if you wish. Still have the protector for it. I just want a pair of the new limited edition ones. My Hudy fetish is severe!

The one I just got is reeeeaaaallly nice! It's made by a company in Korea called "The Friday Morning". It will do ohm check, burn in and voltage checker. Expensive! But worth the price IMO. Even comes with alligator clips and plugs to measure resistance of a bare coil. There is also USA ohmmeter but buy the cheap one. I bout the cheap one and the glow in the dark cube version and I'm not impressed. The cheap one has the same chip but uses AA batteries. The cube uses watch batteries. Dumb idea IMO. The cheap one goes down to thousandths (.001 ohms) and is made in America supposedly. Somebody posted a custom option in the last few days for a metal cased ohmeter. I'm all set on meters personally I have 2 cheap USA ohm cheapies, 2 USA ohm cubes, and a Friday Morning $200 does it all meter.

I'm an almost single dad of 4 lil'uns with a more than full time job... what's this sleep you speak of?

Nic doesn't keep me awake anyway, when I'm down, I'm out like a light

I was the one who posted the box - spent like $65 on it mostly because I agreed with the the negatives you mentioned about the bigger USA model, which I otherwise might have bought.
It's called the ORTDS: "Ohm Reader That Doesn't Suck". lol

USA has a good following for the basic version -

Thank you train and chowder for the help. Tom, I don't don't think I need a 200 dollar tester just yet but thank you. Train, that was the one I've been looking for. Thank you.

I've got one of the 20 something dollar USA's and I really like it. Appears very accurate :)
I've got one too. Only complaint is that it always displays "USA" before indicating the ohms. Kinda like those annoying banners that pop up just as you're reading an article.
