Directing this at Tom or anyone else who vapes 12 nic at low (.3ish) ohms... What kind of setup are you running? My gf is slowly switching to vaping but wants something you can get a bit of a nic rush from. I'm having a hard time even getting hers dialed in at 6 and not being too harsh... I can't imagine 12 will be pleasant. We both have REOS and between the two of us have a stumpy, vector, velocity, Derringer, and Nectar, unless I'm forgetting one.

I have a few manta v1s left but V2s are long gone. I can get JDTech do do one more run of 50 for us and only us but I would need strong commitments for at least 40 of them. But short of that nothing. The last batch I cleaned out intaste.de and they were all supposed to be V2... 2 out of 25 were actually V2s. I looked back at the site afterwards and both v1 and V2 were sold out so I figured returning them would be pointless. The v1 is a great atty for those not looking for a true lung vape.

You can count me in for a couple more Manta's.

Hey Tom is there any chance of getting another Manta *v2*....

I've found vape nirvana.... My Manta v2. temp control is working flawlessly... warm thick azz clouds..... set atop of the SUNBOX E7 !
Tom what's your issue with temp control? First coil 28 ni200 wrapped around a metric screw that looked the same diameter that I normally use..... 2.4?? No clue on the size but wrapping on this screw was key, I believe. Because I've heard of so many complaints regarding t/c and tweaking your coil trying to get that perfectly spaced coil......I was shooting for .4 OHMS.... came out to .10ohm....OPPS. The flavor is unbelievable....For my vaping style, resistrictive lung hit afc wide open both sides is perfect for me! Honestly can't see it getting Any better!

I got the WORST dry hit the other day.... I was a home Depot stealth vaping..... until I got everyone's attention..... they must've thought I was having a heart attack! So I'm loving the t/c... I've vaped this Manta dry a few times and it works as advertised!!!
My issue with temp control is I don't trust it, nickel toxicity worries me. I like a hot and wet Vape I just can't get the right Vape out of nickel. I always get that Derringer Vape from nickel; tasty but dry. I hate dry. I require 35+ watts and a juice well to really be happy. I have learned how to double tap the stumpy to create a virtual juice well. I tried it with the vector and the results were disastrous hot juice everywhere.

I'm pretty stoked about the Low Pro... Looks like I can swamp the crap out of it without leakage. My only worry in regards to the Low Pro is the quality that comes with the price point. As intricate as the low pro is I'm nearly certain these are made in China or maybe Tiawan. I'm hoping for Tiawan. Think build quality of the Vector vs the Hastur.

I vape 12 mg in derringers, stumpy's, manta's, vector's....Charlie Noble juice, doesn't seem the least bit harsh to me, but I can only hit the atty a couple times in a 15-30 minute period @ .4-.5 ohms @ 35-40 watts or I get a little light headed......:)

Just took a peak and see that you are fairly new. You have some great attys at your disposal. Are you sure you are lining up your intakes to your coils? Off setting the intakes to one side or the other is a sure case for a harsher throat hit.

I actually have 2 of them I bought in the name of research. The BF pin is available for it already. M honestly not a huge fan of the Hobo, it's not bad but it has drainage issues

I would actually suggest 18-24mg but high resistance. Started with 6 went to 12 next 18 and occasionally 24 until I broke the connection. I used 18mg for more than a year. I dropped in the last 6 months to 12mg and now with the huge power available boards I'm certain I will be dropping to 6 like supposed "normal people".

Remember me prattling on and on about the one trick pony build? If you convert that build to metric it matches my OTP build exactly. OTP for the WIN.

Well damn chowder you're up late. How's it going. It's been forever since I had a chat with you.

I've tried to mess around with my builds in the past 4 months, but just always came back to this config. Works like a charm every time.
