Just got home from vacation to find my new to me Cam-M. There are two color tubes in the package, I know one is the high temp & the other is the squonk tube. Which is which? Is the blue the high temp?

Thanks Nathan! Did you ever try the top-fed version? Like I said in the other forum, I just don't see how this doesn't have huge potential for leaking from the bottom air tube. As a BF, though, it should be fine.

No, I never did. Had I purchased one it would have immediately gone to Tom for BF'ing. I'm on the fence on this one because of the size and because I'm a chronic oversquonker. I can imagine flooding that tube every time I squonk.

The bottom tube for the aeronaut can come out completely or replaced with a solid tube essentially make it a top air atty...looks interesting

Questions about the cam-m:

1- how are you refilling? Are you removing the whole tube or unscrewing the bottle or what?

2- is the negative connection achieved at the point where the button hits the walls of its opening?

Bottle and tube if you angle the bottle and tube when replacing it's much easier than trying to go straight at it, 45 degree and the tube should slide right on.

Questions about the cam-m:

1- how are you refilling? Are you removing the whole tube or unscrewing the bottle or what?

I designed it so it refills like a Sunbox, entire bottle and tube assembly comes out, fills and pushes back in as a unit.

The negative connection is via the set screws on the bottom to the aluminum case to the brass buss bar in the top. Connection is made and broken at the switch.
