Welcome to both ECF and Catfish. I'm honored that I was one of your very first stops. As to your atty conundrum the atty3 or the Hastur are both 4 terminal attys. Easy on the wallet as well.
Thank you, Tom. The Rogue that you sent my way has been absolutely great, so there was no doubt that I'd be back. As I said, the only reason I'm back on the market is due to cramped deckspace, and a bit of a spin on the center post now that I'm working with heavier wire. I was originally looking for something similar to the CLT V2 or Mutation X V2. Sloth and RuDawg are both impressed by the Vector, and after looking into it, It does appear to have a little more room to work with and a sturdier build. Do you happen to have any of those on hand? If so, which version do you stock? I've seen versions with and without heat sink rings.

Not sure, to be honest. I haven't really kept up with a lot of the CAM-M discussion. Is there something inherently wrong with the stock 510? I don't have the Vertex in hand but found new authentics for pretty cheap and the wheels started turning again.

I'd be interested in hearing about the 510 as well. I haven't found any fault in my Cam-M except for the firing button being a little janky. I ended up using some nolax out of desperation & it's been fine since I did it over the weekend. Not the most responsive fire button as you have to know exactly where to push to make it fire but it's working. Other than that it hit's like a bag of hammer's, really makes me a fan of dual 18650 squonking.

I also like my Cam-M! I do have to tear it down a little too often for cleaning. I've got a strange leak and was wondering if anyone else has this issue. The inside of the mod is dry, where the bottle and batteries are. The top of the mod is dry. I get juice inside the top piece and the button contact is wet and in between the copper positive top piece and that white delrin sheet gets saturated. Where can that leak be coming from and how do I correct it?

Well, I am the lucky SOB that got a hold of the prototype LBC :D

This is my first LIPO and DNA200 device.. I will post a more detailed review tomorrow

But first impressions are holy s***... This thing is awesome...Running a Kennedy 22 on it with dual claptons coming in at .3 Ohms.. These two are made for each other....

Very nice! Be sure to download EScribe and start playing with everything the DNA200 can do!

It's probably time for a new bushing. Tom sent a length of tubing with the mod. That's for the bushing in the 510. If you remove the pin in the 510, you'll see it. Pull that one off and install a new piece of tubing. Slide the tubing up to the head of the pin leaving 3 or 4 threads protruding out from the bottom. That should work with most attys.

I'll give it a try. It's actually done that since I first got it. Maybe it was slightly damaged from the git go. I don't know. I'll try that and see if it helps. Thanks! :)

Too small a piece of tubing or too big a piece (causing it to squash) will result in leaking.

Question... does the new 22 Kennedy air hole design keep it from leaking like the previous Kennedy atties?
