To whom it may concern.....if you have an Aeolus rda on your shelf that you don't really use anymore because squonking is king, send it to tom for gender reassignment. I sent him 2 of them. Got them back today and they are fantastic squonking attys. Top airflow, great draw....(think wide open derringer) excellent flavor and vapor...plus, no leaking! I love these attys as drippers but I just don't drip anymore. So nice to have them back in action.

Stumpy #2 in the house. Figured I'd try the single coil between the posts thing that all the cool kids are doing. I was too lazy to do anything exotic so I tossed in a .35Ω 22AWG... the mech Tmod fires it up in a hurry and hits like it has an attitude problem.

There is a Farranamanagh in the parish of Kilcrohane, but I'll have to ask where it is - every field around here has a name, as well as the townlands. My memory isn't up to it.
There is also a Farranamanagh in the parish of Horeabbey, in County Tipperary. More up country from here.
Which one did you visit?
I hope to visit Donegal sometime (I get free travel). Letterkenny is more or less at the opposite end of the country, a proper city, not like Bantry, our nearest town.

I guess I'm just a die hard dual coil guy. I tried a couple centered single coil builds on the Stumpy, but they were just ok. Went back to my usual 'one trick pony' dual coil build; 2mm coils, 7 wrap, 26g, .4 ohm.
Much better.

You are more than good... I have 30 micros but the first 22 on the list are satisfied. So position 23 is actually number one on this run.

I actually went the other way.. I went from one trick pony dual, to temp control, to a modified SxD twisted single. With the first 2 attempts I was "Meh" 1 hitter quitter.. With SxD modified I'm keeping 2 more. These will live on my incoming sx350 TMods. (Yup 2).
