I'm liking the fused Clapton coil in the manta but I tried a dual twisted and it's also pretty sweet. Not sure which one I prefer. I like only having to wick one coil though lol.

Earlier I straightened a piece of 26g kanthal and a piece of 30g kanthal and twisted them together.
Put a single coil in the manta and its going good.

I had a twisted 28g in mine. I didn't like the ramp up time. I went with a single 26g

Amen sista Penge,it was kinda what I was getting at but not as nicely done as you stated it.ppl had thicker skin and weren't offended by any and every lil thing....even though I was only 10 in 1975...ha ha.but even at 10 you were expected to be a respectful kid or else...in my family anyways.didnt make me a good or bad person but made me have respect for others especially adults.

Building one coil is even more notably rad . This atty still just freakin amazes me. I'm glad I jumped onboard before ya'll snapped them all up. It is nearly a unicorn now

Oh, let's not forget everyone gets a trophy for participating. We wouldn't want to teach children to strive to be better at something and actually excel at it. Mediocre at best will do.



Have you ever had a chance to handle an E7s? Was wondering if they feel as solid and dependable as the E7.

my kids were in school when that crap started...like a 15th place ribbon????gimma a break.ya have to learn how to lose in life as well as win.when everyone gets a trophy no one wins in the end.some folks would rather not have anyone excel that way they can tell them what to do and how to do it....not this cat!

what builds are you guys doing for dna40 builds? i got a dna40 mod about a month ago and just did tc builds on it. i just started trying to put put some kanthal builds in it and my standard builds are not working well. so i just climbed in the way back machine and built up a dual micro coils with 28ga. seems to be working better at lower wattage but i want to know what you guys are doing/

Builds , well mostly 26g 2 - 2.5mm.
Recently got some 26g nichrome which has been good.
Got some 30g kanthal to use as the wrapping for a clapton coil around the 26g and to twist with more 30g or twist with some 26g.
Currently using a mech mod so trying to balance wraps/surface area with ramp up time considering the voltage.
