Pulled myself off the list. Just noticed the dimensions posted and feel that's a bit big for me.

But but but.... The measurements aren't finalized yet. It's going to shrink 6-8mm (1/4"-5/16") from the initial pictures. On a mod 1/4" is a lot.

Perhaps I did not go back far enough, but what are the possible lipo options for the various DNA 200's? I have been looking at either a Vaporlips or Militia Mods with an 1850 mAh lipo, but I would prefer a squonker if I could find one with a high capacity battery.
Can't really go high mah on a dna200 squonker, the higher the mah the bigger the mod. Tom is using 950mah lipo which is almost equivalent to a single 18650 2700mah.

Ill put my 950mah 3s lipo up against any 18650 any day of the week. Stepping down the voltage from11.1 is far more efficient than stepping up from 4.2v. I recharge at 15-30% when the 10ml bottle is empty. I haven't seen an 18650 that will make it much past half of that with no reduction in output. Unlike the 18650 in a Dna40 the 200/lipo will run all the way down to 0% and even then the resting voltage is almost 10v where the 18650 would be 3.3-3.5v. Simply stated the 200 was made to utilize the full range of a 3s lipo, where the 18650 is only useable for the top 30-45% of its charge due to the spiking amp draw caused by the voltage sag present in the 18650.

And without a bottle I'm sure I could make the same size or smaller. The mod you are describing would be 4 inches square by 1" thick, that would require some huge pockets and even bigger hands.

Very close to my 900mah
At 70w I get about 7ml-9ml from 100%-0%

I'm running 52-55w with a 30c 950 on one and a 60c 1000mah which I haven't been able to take all the way down yet. I wanted one that would take 200w with ease, at 60amps I think I have it covered. That's the cam-r xl. (The one on the left)

In my rarely humble opinion the xl is about as wide as I would go. Beyond that it becomes a home only device. It still fits in a t-shirt pocket but not by a lot.

Mine are nano tech also. The 1000/60c is their a spec series. I also have an a spec 850 in the cam-r v2 original. I like the 60c of the a spec but they are wide. The final decision was to go with the 950 nano. It's a hair bigger than the one evolv specs but it has a higher c and higher mah at the cost of 1mm in width. Well worth it imo.

Agreed it is big but at 200w it's in the middle of its range, I hate pushing batteries to the very edge of their peak abilities. The 950 will do 200w but it's close to max capacity. With the aspec it's just under half of peak capacity so it will do it and live a nice long life. But honestly vaping at 200w isn't for many people. The point of the dna200 wasn't to suggest the world needs 200 watts, it was simply to end the power war for a long time to come. I will admit I did try 160watt in a velocity for a few minutes, holy crap! I may try it again with the solstice but 200w is a lot of heat to dissipate over a single coil.

Eta: just tried 135w on the xl with the Solstice... Nope it's still capable of far more than I can handle.... Perfect!

The LBC will fund the Cam-m, the machine shop has a 6-8 week lead time for the cam-m (I would imagine due to the custom cutters required for the bottle fill plug and the face plate not to mention the actual 7068 aluminum itself. Im almost certain once 20 of the LBCs sell they will fly after that. But as always ECF eats first.

Wait, new cam-m or your regulated stuff? I'd jump on a from-scratch chowderhead parallel mech.

Might be deleting this post as I read up on more than a week's worth of thread.

OK, so you're doing the high power regulated thing and I respect that. I see some parallel mech stuff on the horizon and I can get mods from those guys but I tell you, if you made an 18650 parallel mod from scratch it would be a thing of beauty. I would buy at least one of them and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Thanks, went and found the UBB or whatever editor. Man, I wish these fools would just come over to reddit where they can control everything about their following but... whatever. I don't facebook and just put up with this format because that's where the goods are.
