Nah, interpreting what's written on the internet can be tough bro, especially when humor is involved. I know I've angered some people without meaning to and vice versa. Thank you! I have deoxit gold handy so I'll give it a shot.

Before I used my Cam-M, I took mine apart, wiped everything down with a dry cloth and applied the Detoxit Gold... two weeks of daily use and no misfires.

I washed mine in hot soapy water which was good enough but coincidentally I picked up an ultrasonic cleaner on Amazon for $30 so I threw it in there as well.

Edit..... Wrong thread, I was talking about the Reo I just rebuilt, oops! The soap & water may still work or the ultrasonic cleaner for that matter but I think an eraser followed by alcohol is the preferred method?

May try that as well. Thanks for the response!

I'm not even remotely upset with anyone on here. I do see how what I said could be taken as an attack however. My bad... My point was I think the NarDas came out exceptionally well..

INSWVA: If it's any consolation I can't remember a time when you upset me. And for the record when I do actually get bent its me that's reading tone into statements or actions that weren't intended.

Tom didn't you say the first 100 nardas would have catfish design engraving? I thought this would include the eventual black ones, would love to get my hands on a black catfish engraved narda, sounds right up my ally from you description, I'm def a more on the tighter side of things airflow kinda guy. are the caps secure enough to not be a pop off in your pocket type deal?

No, while Nareg is one of the very best modders that I have dealt with both with a great product and a very well run company we simply are not that close yet, though I hope to be. As far as I'm aware there hasn't been any talk of a black Narda nor a special edition of it. Im very open to the idea but we just aren't there yet.

The Stumpy on the other hand Harry (Element Mods) and I have such an agreement in place with the stumpys.

Let's get the SS for now. Historically running three or more lists simultaneously has resulted in huge stress and aggravation for me with all the holds and switches.

Also, when you say strip it down and clean it what do you clean it with? Thank you both for the quick responses. I appreciate it guys.

Sorry brother, should have checked back in here sooner. Mine was a filthy mess from my initial use of noalux. I rinsed everything in warm water then hit it with rubbing alcohol and used one of those green scrubbing pads with the alcohol till all the parts were Shiney and new again. Let it all dry then applied thr d-gold and so far so good.
