I use KGD, don't really feel any desire to experiment. Tom sent me a sample of Native Wicks with an atty I bought, and I tried it...I didn't like it, back to KGD.
No hard feelings, I had the same impression. I did like the hockey puck container it comes in as well as the sheer simplicity. It just didn't wick as fast as I prefer. Actually I have yet to find anything that wicks as fast as kgd in a dripper. tanks may be a completely different result as my brief foray into tanks was something of a failure. I could get the taste but never the volume, but I hate dripping so,I suppose you are stuck with me....

Never actually tried a Raptor mate.
I have bottom fed a bunch of them, I did 2 for myself, I really thought they were going to be awesome but they just weren't my style. Opinions vary widely on that one. I bought them thinking they would be a great replacement for the Marquis at half the size but it always felt like a small atty. I see Darren has a new one coming up looks promising for the tight draw set.

Solstice and Marquis... Good choices for the Cam-m. Imagine the luck getting 2 number 011s. What's even funnier is I got them from 2 different vendors with 2 different castings and all of them were stamped 011. Weird right?

Don't give up on tanks just yet. Some of these new big air Rta's may just change all of that...;)

Whatcha got?
Parameters:
Not made in China
Doesn't use premade cartridge coils
Can handle 50 watts
WET......
no leaks.
The hurricane and pico are the only ones I haven't tried yet that might stand a chance.

I will say Asbestos has tried hard to find me a suitable tank but we are both poorer for the experience. I really thought the Squape was going to be the king but it just couldn't take the power or deliver the volume I require. The Narda and the Stumpy reign supreme. I'm told the snapdragon is similar and if I do another run of them I will be keeping one this time.

That certainly narrows the field. I'm just getting my feet wet now and the Hurricane and Pico are defiantly on my radar. I've been pretty happy with the 528 Monster V3 and although made in China, the UW Crown with the rba unit in it kicks some pretty mean backside. ( Nice thing about the Crown is that it's top fill..Just load and go! )

I like a tight draw for the most part but do mix it up from time to time. I dunno, the Raptor just never appealed to me for whatever reason. I'm not on Facebook so don't get to see many preview pics but did clock a pic of a new top cap from Darren on a forum.

The Pico is probably not your unicorn....but it's a great little atty . Finicky as hell, though. I'll send you my Hurricane to try if you want, but it's not a 50w atty. Most of these high watt tanks are going to be Chinese made. Some of them, like the Crown are downright impressive. I don't like 90% of the ones I've tried but the Crown and the Aromamizer are fantastic.

Volpi and Andrea wanted the latest and greatest as many of you do they had heard great things about Catfish and reached out to me. At this point I had a few sunboxes already so I knew they made a great product and still do. Upon their request I sent 4 of the hottest attys that I had; a Remm, a Stumpy, a nectar micro, and the ever elusive Le Magister, all bottom fed. It was agreed that Volpi would send me a Black Delrin E8 as soon as they were available as payment for the $500+ in attys and shipping. At the time the white Delrin e8 had just been release so I assumed the Black would be right behind it. (Seems logical to me) fast forward 6 months to the day and not only has the Nano and the moonraker been released, now the ultralight (the version I ordered but in a tiny 25w mod) nano is about to be released and still no word. I have sent him (Volpi) messages every 2 weeks or so since September asking about the status. More than half of those messages went unanswered. December first I became sick of the whole situation (if you remember that was the first time I mentioned here) and warned him my patience is wearing thin and if I didn't have something soon I would have to take drastic measures. Today was step one of those measures. He doesn't want to see step 2..... I don't delete messages or emails. Hint hint...
As of this morning he replys that it wouldn't be fair to the others if I got mine first; or it would show preferential treatment. Did that make you laugh as hard as it did me? I could go on but I think you get the gist.....send me an email and we can get into the bloody details.
It ...... me off the reason I add my unsolicited comments. I found his response disrespectful to you Tom , that's a joke to say it's not fair.
