For the record.....out of all the threads on ECF, the interwebs & any other vape activity.....this ONE thread costs me the most money! Damn all of you! But as always, thanks to all of you for leading me down a path I am already sliding down at full speed. DIY coming up next :thumb:

There is the initial cost of entry but it will save you big time in the long run.

Wow, you like it sweet! 5% sucrose is 4% higher than I ever have used.

I must try this.

If I'm reading that correctly, Tom is saying 1.25% of a 5% solution. If you were to add 5% sucrose then I don't know if it would be tolerable.

Exactly. It may take some trial and error for me to come up with flavors I like but once I do I can continue making it for a fraction of the cost of "premium" juice. More money for Mods and attys.

Correct. Add 1.25% percent of the 5% solution that they sell. Straight 5% would be insane.

Fixed it for ya.....

For me and my situation I will pay the difference for them to do the work. $75 vs $50 or so for a liter is well worth the price.

Actually the $25 difference is incorrect... To make my juice (add a few $$ to go from 6mg to 8mg of nic)
Would require the following

For $10-12 I will let them clean up the mess.

LOL, fair enough - more LBCs.

I kind of enjoy the work of trying to perfect my recipe. And I can make, well attempt to make, any flavor that pops into my head.

liar ..LOL

On your juice, other things maybe not so much ;)

I could vape in the style to which I am accustomed for the next 4-5 years without spending a dime on juice. Actually, the only thing I would have to buy is the occasional 18650.

While we are on the topic.. Is it OK to put 1 liter of nic base in the freezer or should it be in glass bottles?

For long term storage, definitely glass. Plastic allows air transfer which leads to oxidation as well as possibly absorbing any odors that may be present.

I busted my US cleaner today..it's a 120 volts device and I woke up unplugged it from the transformer, drained the water out of it, put some hot water in it, and rather than putting the plug back in the transformer I put it in the main (220 volts) and turned it back on.

Another order from amazon .. :(

Yep..I agree..once I started mixing my own juice things got better..till I discovered squonking that is..and then I realized why I need a mod for every juice that I'm vaping..not just a tank for every juice as was the case in my presquonking days.

There in lies the rub, I'd tell you that will get better but that would be a lie :)
