Cannibus forum? Ok! Well now that we’re here, has anyone made their own vape juice with thc that was not cough inducing? No matter what I try VG/PG, terp ratios, it’s always rough. Even pausing mouth then to lung or longer drip tip to cool things down (though not using bubbler)... I’ve been doing 7% terps to 1gram thc concentrate based on the terp providers chart. Puts me into orbit.
By contrast, Koi 1000mg CBad is smooth as silk. Zero cough.

I use a grasshopper for flower, and dicodes/Kayfun for my own thc concoction.
Something of note: vaping THC has made strain almost indistinguishable in terms of sativa/Indica effect. It’s all sativa to my brain now.

Sorry, can't help with juice recommendations, as I use rigs for my concentrates, but welcome!

Have you tried activating (decarboxylating) your concentrates to liquify them, then adding your terps and then "softening" the harshness with VG?

Yes, thanks HigherStateD I tried this past weekend and it worked! At least, it stays liquid and mixed...
The first attempt:
1) Heat some water to just under boiling.
2) Put thc distillate in glass tube, for a minute, or until fluid.
3) Mix 10% terp/diluent and stir
4) Add 50/50 PG-VG
5) Flavor
The mixture was too potent based on the online calculators and the terpenes and distillate taste overpowered my flavor and is very synthetic. Tomorrow I’ll try something a bit more micro dose and up the flavor.

I'd skip the PG entirely, and use as little VG as possible, start small and work more on as needed.
