Hi just to get some views, when I was on analog I used to chain smoke especially during work stress period maybe 3 sticks in a row then stopped for 10 mins before hitting another set. Firing about 40 sticks at the end of the day, but in normal days average abt 25-30. Mostly until the extent my body couldn't take it and feels like vomiting at certain time. I think those who chain smoke kinda knows, sometimes you forgotten that you have just smoked.And regretted only after seeing the overflowing ashtray.
However since switching to vaping, I have switched to chain vaping abt 3.5ml but now I usually have 2 carts of 1.1ml with mid 12mg nic content and 2 carts without nic so when I think I dun have to inhale nic I switched to a healthier choice and yet continue the habit of chain vaping almost all day long. Only draw back is my throat gets very dry at the end of the day but still much better then on analogs. If any of you guys are chain vapers, how do you control your habits?
