YEAAAAHHHHH. I love this thang. I've vaped 3.2 ml today, is that a lot? I intend to continue to vape into the night (I'm in the uk) is this too much? Would anyone know what the equivalent in analogs would be, bearing in mind it's about 10g nicotine.

I'm no expert but have seen a wide variety of juice used per day from 1 to 10 ml from different forum members. I use diy e-juice at 20 mg around 5 ml a day. Haven't collapsed to the floor yet.

idk if it's too much, but i would think you would feel sick if it was or get a headache.

i use about 7 to 10 ml of 6mg juice and feel fine although sometimes if i am chaining i get a headache and/or tinnitus then it is time to go to bed...

I would say that if you get no symptoms of over-nic then you are probably OK.

welkl if you just switched over from the stinkies and are at 10mg ?? that is exceptionally excellent !! most switch at 24mg and stay there for a hella long time ,,

i went to 0mg in 8 months of dropping the stinkies

I go through anywhere from 4-10ml of juice a day. I also vape various levels of nic. I started out with 8mg but was vaping almost 15ml a day. I upped to 12 dropped my vaping to 4-10ml a day. Now I'm down to 6mg nic 4-10ml a day. I got to this level in about 3 months.

Everyone vapes differently. If you start to feel sick or dizzy then you might want to slow it down a bit.

It all depends on your juice, of course the percentage of nic plays alot into that. Another factor is the atty, carto etc you use. Some juice deliveries concentrate the vape and can even enhance the way the taste, the nic hit. Genesis users many times have to lower the nic they formerly used as Genesis really heats up everything.

Some devices are juice hogs, IE the Vivi Nova, many stated that they went thru so much more juice than with reg drip atties or cartos. Some actually are economical in the way they vape, they use less juice and get more vapor and taste.

When I was using cartos in tanks I went thru about 10ml of juice a day. Now that I use the Odysseus atomizer I go thru half but get more taste and clouds and lowered my nic content.

Yep. Everyone is different.

I smoked 7-9 Sherman MCDs/day. Now I vape less than 2 ml/day...BUT...@ 24 mg nicotine.

Actually, that kinda makes sense.

Not everyone was PAD smokers! I know it's less than most, but I still considered myself a smoker and still needed the nicotine, but hated the smell and health issues - hello vaping!

a 1 cig a day smoker is still a smoker. I smoked a pipe, and the amount was probably equivalent to 3 PAD. You should congratulate yourself on having such a light habit before switching to something with less health risks.

I'm glad I did it at this point so the switch wasn't too tough, I still sneaked the odd cig now and then at fest but haven't been near one for a week now and congrats to you! 3 PAD equivalent and switching is a massive achievement. Never smoked a pipe, did you inhale that or not? If you did, out of interest do you inhale now or smoke one of the pipe style ecigs?

I've already converted one person and have 3 more on the ropes! I inhaled my pipe smoke WAY to much for health about every 3rd puff or so and vape about the same way.
a good illustration of my heavy vaping is that my 1000 mah eGos will last me only 7 hours. Typical is anywhere from a day to a day and a half. someone like you would probably last a couple of days or more on a charge

Back when I was smoking I smoked about 10 fags a day unless I was going out drinking then it could be up to 20 in a eve.

I've consistently vaped for the last few years about 3.5 to 4ml a day @ 14mg/ml. I've tried lower nic, didn't do it for me. I've tried higher nic and felt sick after a while.

This is awesome haha! I've converted 2, vape on! Do you get different juice for the pipes? Or is the vape thicker, cos surely there would be no reason not to inhale? I'm quite partial to a cigar so in tempted to look into e-gars! How much juice do you go through?

I would say it's just habit for the vaping. I have different tanks for different juices. Ya just cannot stick to just one!

There are a lot of people like you. It's just hard to comprehend for those of us who were heavy smokers. Everyone is different! I had a childhood friend who started smoking with me. She continued for 10 years and would have a pack of cigarettes in a drawer that would last her a week. I never could figure that one out, but when she decided to quit those few cigarettes she still struggled. She even used nic gum at one point. Meanwhile, I was smoking 2 PAD by 18.
