You may very well be right this whole time zone thing is annoying. I used this chart to get 1p.m. for here,and added two hours for Austin which is two hours ahead of California.

I get your confusion now! I live in SW Florida. I am from Austin thought. That whole Austin > SWFL thing in my location is that I (was forcibly extricated) moved from Austin to this (shudders) area by my wonderful and loving wife...sorry about that Newport!

Lol yep just saw the Austin in your location. Didn't catch the southwest Florida and 3 hours ahead.
