If I have made a juice at 18% nicotine and I want to lower my level to 12% is there a way to accomplish this without muting the flavor or is it better just to start over. I made 30ml was thinking of adding 10ml of 50/50 pg/vg 0 nicotine to the mix to get it at 12% just worried it would change the flavor too much. Any help would be appreciated.

That might mute the flavor some. Would be a good experiment to see for future reference. If you had some 0% nic flavoring to add that could solve the muting effect and with the addition of PG/VG lower your nic level.
I think to get it to 12% you would have to use equal parts 6% nic to mix with the 18% which "Should" dilute it to 12%. If you used 0% to mix it would take you to 9% nicotine.
30ml of ejuice at 18mg/ml Nic has: 30*18=540mg of Nic
You want it to be 12mg/ml so
540/12=45ml of juice needed
You can make 15ml more of your juice (or plain PG/VG) at 0mg/ml Nic and add it to the 30ml of 18mg/ml juice for a total of 45ml of 12mg/ml juice
*Adding 15ml unflavored is bound to dilute the flavor quite a bit. If you have more flavor, I'd just make up a 15ml batch with 0 Nic and combine it with the 30ml you already made.

Or if it's a premixed buy 15ml of the flavored premix at 0ml and add it to the 18mg. that would = 12mg and there would be no flavor hit.
