I received my replacement battery, and it works great. They personally emailed me to apologize for the delay with my initial order, and claimed they were unprepared for Chinese NewYear and that is why they were so late with the first shipment. The replacement battery shipped much faster then the first, and they personally emailed me an apology. This made me feel more sorry for them, then angry at how long it took. They also told me other customers had been sending them threats. I don't know why they felt the urge to tell me, another unsatisfied customer that, but they did anyway.
-also to prove I had a defective battery all they asked for was a short video of my trying the product to prove it didn't work. that saved me the time of shipping it back, and i really did appreciate that.
So, I change my review to: (Order from them anytime except in december/january)
