Hello everyone. I purchased $55.92 worth of supplies from vaping.com on 11/26/19. It is now 12/9/19 and my order still says processing on the website. I've tried to reach out to customer support through email and over the phone and I get no response. The phone line goes directly to voicemail every time. This is stressing me out because i have no idea how to get my order or get my money back. This forum seems to have helped others so hopefully someone can shed some light on my issue.

    Hi there, I'm very sorry, some orders are shipping without getting tracking updated, please can I get your order number so I can look into this for you?

    My order # is V100223934. Im not sure why it would take two weeks to arrive even without the tracking info but if you could look into that i would appreciate it.

    Thanks Andrew, I've asked someone to look into it and reach out as soon as they get to the office.

    I can sympathize with you people. I called all day long and emailed for close to a week with no answer. This was the only place I could make contact. They have the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I finally told them to delete my account. So sorry you are having problems. Don't know to this day if my account was deleted as I haven't heard a word.

    @low_tar_neil can you please check on order number V100230667? I paid for upgraded shipping a week ago and haven’t heard a word. Like the others, can’t get in touch via phone or email. Thanks much.
