I've already been to the doctor, he didn't even know what vaping is.

Hummm? OK.

I hope you get Better trying the New e-Liquids.

But if things Don't get Better. Maybe it would be a Good Idea to go to a another Doctor. One who Does know something about e-Cigarettes.

VG made me feel like I was dying dehydration wise, and no nic so my chest wasn't terrible.

I seem to remember that dehydration symptoms may relate to some of yours. You may just need to drink more water. Here what I quickly found for extreme dehydration:
  • Fever higher than 103°F
  • Confusion
  • Sluggishness (lethargy)
  • Headache
  • Seizures
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Chest or abdominal pains
  • Fainting
  • No urine in the last 12 hours
Also, some have suggested some heart issues, which may also correlate with your symptoms (chest pain and heartburn). I had the same concerns for myself and looked into it. Check your heart rate carefully so you don't push it too hard. 220 minus your age gives your max heart rate (100%). Don't go even close to it, depending on your fitness level (60 to 80% max). Measure your heart rate just before you stop, then sit down, relax and measure it after one minute. The difference between the 2 heart rates measurements gives your recovery heat rate. The higher your recovery heart rate is, the best fit you are. If its under 12, then take it easy. You can find this info easily on the web. It's not so easy to do so, if you haven't yet, the best is to check it with a doctor. I went through that stress myself, since I am diabetic with high cholesterol and, well, ex-smoker. Yet I really don't want to freak you out, but take that seriously, especially when you exercise.
Best

I'm way ahead of you with my heart rate, and I generally check blood pressure (runs in the family)

I have been working out and dropping weight like wild fire.

Sorry Lakelet, I don't like bringing unnecessary concerns, but "dropping weight like wild fire" and severe dehydration are also symptoms of High Blood sugar. As a diabetic for 25 years, I also experience heartburn, chest tightness, frequent clear piss and constant hunger when my blood sugar is high. If I don't bring my sugar levels to normal levels with insulin, I would start loosing weight like I am melting. Also, my breath will start stinking like acetone, since my body will burn fat and muscles as an alternative source of energy to glucose. I am probably wrong, but still it's better to know sooner than later with health issues which may not be related to vaping.

Thanks for the response, my original post about the weight was inaccurate I really meant I'm loosing weight quick at a healthy pace, diabetes is a high possibility for me considering everyone in my family has gotten it except for my brothers and I.

Funny, it goes in the other way around in my family with my brother and I with type 1 diabetes around our 20s. I am glad that you are aware of this issue and well fit. I wish you the best in resolving your vaping issue.

Okay, time to take it into stages. Already talked to a health professional, we narrow it down to one of the 4 ingredients and a step down of sort on others.

1) Vape on a unflavored nic liquid of your normal ratio, stated 30pg/70vg start there at your nic level, still having problems, go to step 2
2) Vape on an unflavored 100% VG liquid of your nic level, still having problem, go to step 3
3) Vape on an unflavored at a higher PG ratio, 70pg/30vg or thinner, if throat hit is to harsh, lower your watts down, still having problems
4) Vape on an unflavored, no nic liquid

Reactions are caused by one of those 4 base variables from the most common to the least common, flavorings (which are generally in PG), the PG itself, then the VG itself, then last the nic itself, once the culprit is eliminated you can most likely add flavoring again. Right now I am leaning toward the Menthol flavoring is tearing you up, that or if it from a new vendor of liquid if you do not DIY or a new flavoring vendor if you do DIY it the vendor's bases and flavorings giving you issues. Just my 2 cents and good luck.
I like your methodology. Pretty systematic and isolating all sensitive points of vaping:pG/VG ratio, flavors, nicotine and voltage. Thank you for the tips.
