Way cool Rabbit! Did your vamo pick up the correct ohm?

Rave, I am worried about that as well. Since Lorillard picked up Blu, I'm imagining a room full of sinister scientists brewing up lots of ejuice with the same awful crap that cigarettes are full of. I hope not, but I'm concerned that if BT gets involved, the juice we know today won't be the same tomorrow. I'd imagine BT will want to keep us coming back for more, so why not throw in some additives to ensure that?

Perhaps I need to take my tin foil hat off now...

More like time to switch foil to cast iron.

Until they can regulate DIY that way I feel pretty safe.

They can regulate what the type of nicotine that we currently buy so that it is illegal for the common consumer to purchase it. The only kind we would be able to legally obtain might be the doctored stuff. I dunno ...

The "DIY Tank" uses a standard SI stainless long carto, so the answer is yes, the Vamo sees it just like any other carto. The carto is slotted just above the coil and that is how the juice feeds into the carto. The only difference is that you don't have to drip to fill the carto, just the tank.

I have been vaping it for about an hour straight and it is working great. I just have to learn how to fill it properly, or I can drill a small hole and plug the hole with a tiny screw in order to fill it through the hole and also allow for any vapor lock problems which have not happend yet.

Thank you for the recipe link I posted above, I have already printed two recipes that I want to try.

Cool Rabbit! Since I've just gotten into DIY ejuice, I'm going to shelve the idea of making my own mods for the time being. It looks like it would be easy to clean!

Talking about cleaning our mods... I have an array of drying items next to the kitchen sink. I finally got a dish out and put them all on there. Thank goodness I live alone!!!!

That's exactly why I'm building an inventory of nicotine now, not later.

How about the Dog and the Hog?

Cleaning is VERY important. Every couple of days I wipe off all of my carto tips with alcohol as well as clean all my cartos weekly or when they draw hard. I usually vape 50/50 PG/VG, but lately I have been increasing that to 30 PG/ 70 VG which tends to gunk up the equipment.

OK Cheap Mod - DIY carto tank Video Here: DIY Carto Tank

I went to Tractor Supply and purchased two (2) 20 ML Syringes. Then cut off about 1.25" of the tube, used a drill with an old carto as a bit and drilled out the rubber plungers so that a carto will slide in. Slotted a long carto from SI in Stainless Steel with my Dremel Tool. Put the whole thing together and had a hard time filling it, but it does work and vapes well. No leaks so far. Total Cost: 1 Carto and $ 4.00.

Not very pretty but it works:

Torville & Dean's performance of Bolero was absolute perfection. I still have that on tape.

OMG! This provoked me to finally view it on YouTube, and I'm astounded and impressed. What perfection! For those who haven't seen it and would enjoy an extraordinary figure skating performance, you must view this one!

The sound and picture aren't the greatest, but I was soon so swept away by the skaters that it didn't matter.

I am doing my good deed for today, my wife is having her church circle over and one of the ladies has a husband who has smoked for as long as I did (about 50 years). I am sending her home with a Volt 78 filled with my favorite juice for her husband to try and instructions on using a manual e-cig. Hopefully we may have a new vaper on our hands soon. Since he is a long time smoker I filled a new carto with Huntsman. It has a great tobacco taste, good vapor and throat hit, so I might make his wife happy too.

If you want a juice that tastes like tobacco - Tasty Vapor makes a flavor called Tobacco. If you use it on your vamo, it really does taste like a cigarette by increasing the voltage. So much that I stopped vaping it and poured it back into the bottle. I don't want that kindly reminder of my ex filthy habit right now. But, I expect it would go well for those that just made the switch and still crave cigarettes.

What I need is a DIY recipie that equals the pre-made professional tobacco juice. I vape about 50 ML a month or about $18.00 of my favorite juice and if I could make it I would be saving big time. Thanks for the referral.

That would be costly to order from TV then! If I end up making something that tastes like a real cigarette, you'll be the first to know. I'm trying some sweet stuff and just made my first RY4 today. Steeping takes forever, and I'm almost ready to buy one of these to help get steeping time down to a few hours: http://www.harborfreight.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=ultrasonic jewelry cleaner

See thread http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...eeping-times-ultrasonic-cleaner-part-iii.html for details.

If you like that one SandySu, then you might like this as well. This is my favorite performance of theirs - not only for their flawless execution and grace, but for the social commentary. The dance was based on those going missing in Argentina and the anguish that it brought to so many. It's absolutely beautiful.
