Howev.... there are choices that I am unfamiliar with:

1. Extra Strong Flavor (May need to be reduced) - what does "reduced" mean? Too thick consistency or just a warning that it might be too strong?
2. Mix: 100% PG, Some VG 15%, Extra VG 40% - I have NO CLUE what to choose here. The only juices I've tried thus far were from SI and I don't know what "mix" those were. I am still using a VOLT and a NANO, which I assume that might matter...?

Natasha

Pick your nicotine level, choose 40% VG and don't order extra flavor or a large amount. If you like it you can order a larger amount later.

You will get your e-liquid in 60% PG and 40% VG. It appears that is the only option available from that site.

Lincoln's birthday is observed today. (At least my city is off)

Are you ordering premade juice for question number 1?

PG/VG - VG gives you vapor, the more VG the more vapor.
PG gives you throat hit.

I usually stay with a 70/30 (PG/VG) ratio, but that's my vaping style.

Yes. How sad it this.. I don't care about vapor or TH. I just want to TASTE something! Sad... just pitiful.

I think most SI are 80/20 ... PG/VG. Extra strong sounds like flavor but I'd email or call to be sure.

OMGosh! I thot that looked like a dragonfly! I have a dragonfly tat!

Dah - think we ALL forgot about the holiday around here!

Natasha - do you like menthol? Mt Baker Vapor offers extra flavor shots, The menthol w/ 5 extra shots is waaayyyyy too "cold" for me. One drop in 1 ml is great plenty .... they offer sample sizes if that helps any.

Oh meant to say - I ordered 36 mg w/ 3 extra flavor in 100% VG and cut 50% w/PG - it does NOT have the same "cold" as 70/30 ratio with 5 extra shots. So, the VG does appear to mute quite a bit.
Hope that isn't more confusing!

Yes it does, and so I am thinking less VG may be better for me.

But if not tasting is the problem ... would it work to pick up a couple flavors to "tweak" the weak?
I've done that from time to time ...

Perhaps... and that is a thought. Order a fruit flav to match a fruit combo I already have...?

If you like that one SandySu, then you might like this as well. This is my favorite performance of theirs - not only for their flawless execution and grace, but for the social commentary. The dance was based on those going missing in Argentina and the anguish that it brought to so many. It's absolutely beautiful.

Thanks. That was lovely. You got me looking at more, and these were good, too.

Rock n' Roll is very tricky, lots of good rhythm. Torvill and Dean 1983 Rock n Roll OSP - YouTube

I'm still looking at them, haven't seen them all. Thanks for turning me on to them. And Marlou, too, who mentioned them first. Where is she, BTW?

Thx for the links to DIY - tanks & juice!
Thx for skating link! Love both Tory & Dean! Have Bolero!

Feedin @ the Zoo: LOL! Molly paws a lot at all food. I have them down (more natural) ... somehow she got a foot in her bucket but couldn't quite get it back out so she stood up in it! Guess they are made tougher than I thought! $12 WELL spent!

I would have to get 4 more - I feed in the barn. 2 on the fence, 2 insist on sharing a mineral lick pan closer to the door. While they start the meek will then come into the pen to eat undisturbed. The hay if nasty out is put out while they are busy. Otherwise I feed the big rounds.

I don't think I have quite enough space to do that - but a great idea.
While they are busy I make the rounds talking and touching each one.
Maybe a couple gates strategically placed would work better than another larger pen ??? Have been thinking of individual stalls this summer ...

Sent from my GT-P3113 using Tapatalk 2

I like the idea of individual stalls, though not so they can stay in them much. But if each horse has a different diet, you are sure that horse is getting his food, not someone else's. And if there's an injury requiring stall rest, there's a place to keep the injured horse. When the farrier comes, it's nice to have them all contained for easy access. Lots of advantages to stalls.

It got late watching the skating videos. Gotta go. A waterfall in the fall for a good night photo.

Yes, I think extra strong is the flavor. And I think you just answered my question. If SI Niq is 80/20, then I should be safe w/ the 15% VG from MFS. THANKS!

It took me all evening to catch up! With just this thread!

Rave.....it was so great to see your posts (and likes). Now all's right with the world. :) Say "hi" to Blues for me.

What a variety of topics tonight. Lizzie's and Raynes' horse stories had me in stitches. Every time I think about the lady being put into the trailer I start laughing again.

Love the Volt sale! This afternoon I ordered a couple more Spinners. I already had a Twist and a Visions Spinner. They're good for the mini Novas, but I really like having 808 threads on a VV. I had the purple and just ordered a rainbow and a blue Spinner. If they'd had the red in stock I would have gotten that one too. I think these Spinners are addictive. Thank you SI for coming through for us......again.

Hi Natasha! I'm glad you've joined us here on the Chit Chat thread.

DIYers: Read all the WL posts today. Do you keep your nic in brown glass in freezer?

Sent from my GT-P3113 using Tapatalk 2

I couldn't find any threads about WL and brown glass. Can you provide a link or give us the gist of the conversation? Mine is currently being stored in either brown glass or the original container at room temp but away from light.

Sadly, yes, I ordered every fruit flavor that I "like" that SI had. Cannot taste ANY of them, even using the Nano. I can barely taste the Sinnamon and the Mintoid.....which are the only ones I am curretly vaping. I'm seeking some fruity juices that are STRONG.

Well, um, what other delivery devices do you have (clearomizers, cartos, T3's etc) and what battery are you using. Do you use auto or manual (to me manuals have better flavor since you can start them before putting it in your mouth).

I have a friend I set up with 78mm batteries and cartos and all her flavors taste muted compared to my manual X2's.

Honestly, the day they came out with Nano's I ordered 10 and didn't use them beyond the first week. Muted or burnt flavor etc. The T3's, well they are awesome in my book.

Hi Natasha! I'm glad you've joined us here on the Chit Chat thread.

Heh, I actually don't "need" anything right now, yet I placed my largest order yet yesterday with SI.

BTW, JoAnnW, I followed your advice and ordered 2 1300mah spinners, one blue, one green rather than a 1300 & 900.

T3's in a variety of colors and some additional heads.

Dang it, I placed it yesterday and it hasn't arrived yet!

Sitting down, facing forward.
Boo hoo - wonder what happened to our mail carrier. She never made it by here today.

I have Virginia flavor in that order. I believe all the flavors are "clear" to help coil life ... I think I will be set other than gloves and glass.
Would plastic from SI juice suffice for the time being in the freezer?
Glad I don't have to worry about little ones!

I just did a quick search in both the DIY forum and the WL thread and all I could find seems to indicate that storing unflavored nicotine solution in amber or blue glass bottles in the freezer is the way to go. If you have a link, let us know. The general consensus seems to be that stored that way it will last at least two years, but I suspect it'll last almost indefinitely.

As an aside, none of the liquids, PG, VG or nicotine, will actually freeze until temperature gets below minus 64 Fahrenheit or lower. They do get kind of thick though at four below. This means no expansion from freezing, which could break the bottles, since it doesn't actually freeze.

Storing, long term storage, liquids in plastic containers may not be a good idea. Over extended time periods chemicals in the plastic could, conceivably, leach into the liquid and make it taste bad. I've seen several comments about bad, plastic tastes, in liquids stored for longer time periods in plastic bottles.

I'm phasing out all the plastic bottles I've been using for mixed liquids and using amber glass only.
