I believe this was shown at an independent film fest, being one of a series of shorts and definitely has the makings for a full length feature film. It's quite possible that was the purpose... to get the audience' reaction, whether they would like to see more.

ATM, I only have one cat, as she has a solitary nature. In the past, I've always had two, so they wouldn't be lonely, and at times I've had 3, when some kitty needed a home (and fit in with the group), or when a litter had one that no one else wanted. I have to be careful, because once an animal becomes "mine", it's not leaving.
