Yeah i got 12,g instead 18 and i was waiting for it too. Also need some other stuff plus many cartomizers and liquids. I have 50 cartomizers for now, are they enough? i'm not sure if i have to get more. Need liquids tho and maybe samplers.

50? Are you kidding me? I have 15 or 20 and I am vaping for almost 4 months!!

Well, yes, I 'd say you definately have enough :)

Well, for one thing, he can go broke.

Ron, I think for some people, vaping serves a dual purpose. It replaces smoking, but is also a hobby, like collecting guns or stamps or whatever. People who can afford to indulge in extensive collections of anything do end up spending a lot, I'm sure.

I've always wanted to have a big ole diamond collection, but since I married for love and not money, that killed that ambition.

Mine has become somewhat of a hobby for me. Next would be DIY, but I'm a bit lazy for that. Who knows, I just might, someday! My husband informed me yesterday that I should've married a millionaire...lol. But I married for love, too! :)

Did you hear that SI will shut down or something and you prepare yourself for the worst? :)
My husband would kill me if I had so many!
Lol, seriously, I guess you are not married? :)

BINGO! Not married, i have the freedom to do anything i want whenever i want. I'm just stocking up in case i have NO money at later times or no time etc.
Plus i like to have so many nice boxes, i always fiddle around with them.

Megabee, now there is a collection, right??? Rave has the ultimate collection!
Hey Imagine, there's another contest idea! Everyone shows how cool their Volt stuff is....Lol, I wouldn't be winning that one anytime soon, but it sure would be nice to see how creative the other Volties are. If anyone has anything like Rave's collection, that would be a sight to see! :) All I can say is...WOW!

Hadn't considered it a hobby before, but I guess that you're right.

As for the diamonds...Konstantine says in another thread that the carbon buildup in your carts will eventually become diamonds, making us all rich. I can't wait!

The 510 I have is a manual too. It's button is bigger and much easier to press. However, since it sticks out from the casing farther, I'm sure it's more likely to get damaged.

Strength isn't really the problem. The problem (and it is very minor) is getting enough of your finger in there to trigger the button. I'm actually used to it now though. It's becoming more normal.

What I wonder and worry about with the manuals is if, when tossed in with other stuff, the button might get pressed by accident and burn out the battery or something. Perhaps SI made the button more recessed just so this is less likely to happen.

Kinda hard to describe the way I hit that button, and I'm too lazy to pull out the camera, but I use the tip of my middle finger and extend my index finger over the carto (I only use manual batts now). Sure wish the button was a little lower down the shaft though, especially when I'm wearing lipstick. I always end up getting kiss stains on my index finger, which ends up above my upper lip...not that you have to worry about that...but then again... :)

...and you guys lost me on the cheese...HUH?

Why not put one of SI's drip tips on the end of your carto? I love them, and that would make the button longer from your mouth to your finger. Also, you'd get lipstick on the drip tip, not the carto, which might be easier to clean or at least more cheaply and easily replaced. Do I sound like a commercial for those drip tips? I guess I do.

Provolone ... on anything. We had provolone cheeseburgers last night. *nom, nom, nom*

Mornin' Volties!

It's snowing here, but I don't think it really means it. I'm just kinda glad to see it actually pretending to be a winter. It's been freakishly mild here this season. A few days ago I had to dispatch a mosquito!

I think the cool thing about vaping is that it is definitely a hobby. Some may get deeper into the hobby aspect than others, but all the paraphernalia, different colors of batteries, etc., make this more hobby-like than smoking. I've often thought it's more like pipe smokers, who have more paraphernalia and tobacco flavors and tools to clean out the pipes, a collection of different pipes, some with fancy carving.

Yes, I'm assuming that SI designed the button for just that reason. I don't see any way of accidently pressing it.
