Not around here we don't. I was watching five babies playing tag all over the place this morning while I was out on the deck. Lexi was good and sat very still to watch them. I trained her to be still and just watch by putting a hand on her haunch and telling her that they are "Gentles - shhhhh". She learned quickly and didn't even move a muscle when a fawn came within 20 feet of where she was sitting at my feet. Lexi's a fast learner.
Now wait - hold up - you're up on towers during the day aren't you? *eeeeeck!!!*
The squirrels around here pick on my dog. He chases them and then when they get out of his reach they dance around on the branch above him to taunt him and chatter back at him barking.
No offense TK, but squirrels have a little bit of evil in 'em. I've hand-reared 3 gray squirrels and one 13-lined ground squirrel. They were all ornery to the bone and loved to tease my dogs, and steal my things, and run up the postman's leg, and knock down my bird feeders, etc. so on.
They do have a touch of mischief in them... Definitely relatives of TK...

They really can be sweet. Two of the grays I reared at one time: Velcro and Clingon (so named because they were always stuck to the front of my shirt.) Yeah, yeah - go ahead and chuckle guys. 
After they were grown enough to be on their own, one would still come visit me every day and just lie in my lap in the sun. Then he'd hop off and disappear into the trees. They were adorable. Looooooved belly rubs!

BAD - JUST BAD . . .
Anyway - finally got caught up on the past few days of post, was sick with a major sinus infection for the past 3 weeks and had laryngitis for 2 weeks (Heavy antibiotics - till yesterday)
, also been away again this past week and just got home last night (Now with "My" Swollen Feet & Legs up for the next 3 days {nothing as bad as Rave} . . .
It's just plain
getting old
and being "disabled" . . . as Rave and so many others already know 
. . .
I guess I gotta' do some more physical threapy and

The "GAY PRIDE" Month Awareness Contest (which will also have Part 2 starting over the weekend, that I think will have some more people joining in on the FUN) and then there was today . . .
