yeah, I was really thirsty for a few days before I figured that out,,,,,,but I've been drinking water, decaf tea and juice in abundance. I thought I might just need to get used to this,,,,,,but maybe I'll order some 70/30 VG/PG and see if that helps,,,,,,maybe 50/50 ????

Just remember, the more vg, the thicker the juice and it will clog your cartos quicker.

Even 50/50 takes a lot longer to fill a condom

What ratio have you been vaping?

Both vg and pg are hydroscopic so they will both dehydrate you.

Does anyone ever get an itchy, irritated nose when vaping???? I don't know if it might be the PG or the VG or what,,,,,it goes away rapidly when I finish vaping,,,,,,but it happens pretty much every time. Not sure what it is,,,,,,

I got mild nose bleeds when I first started, only out of one side though and it wasn't a strong bleed. Was worse in the mornings but after about three weeks that stopped. I wasn't too concerned because I read somewhere else on this site that it was a side effect.

The only other thing I noticed for me was a couple of spots/acne but they have also gone. I drink a lot of water and Diet Coke when I'm vaping.

I did, Semi, thank you. And the swelling has gone down enough in my foot that I could actually put some pressure on it today. Still looks like a watermelon, though (to me :p )

What do you do for your foot (if you want to talk about it on an open forum)? If it is from being on your feet so much then ibuprofen is good and warm / cold water depending upon the type of swelling.

Well, I think it has to do with water retention and heat. At one point, it swelled to where I could swear I could feel my skin splitting. It happened this way a few years ago, but we got it taken care of. Now, messing with meds, probably whacked out the solution a little. Right now, some ibuprofen, a foot soak in warm (not hot) water with some listerine in the water (sounds weird, I know, but it feels good), and then when I'm laying down I have it and my leg propped up on some pillows. The swelling hurts, though, so it can keep me up a bit.

Try cool / cold water. I have neuropathy in many areas and sometimes warm helps and sometimes it takes cold... It has something to do with the blood vessels and how they are reacting with the swelling... It cannot hurt to try just once... You can always warm it up again. And sometimes start with warm and then go to cold or vice versa. I have been dealing with some of this stuff for 30+ years and have tried all the tricks in the books.
