To the "just a dude on the internet"
Wow you certainly got busy typing !! Thankyou for all that info ( I quickly read & will go over it in depth a bit later, brains not functioning up to speed today lol)
SSD  :?: you'd have to be careful you didnt typo that :p dunno what that is duh! but I had never seen that file uploading thing before if thats what that means.
I have windows 7 but found my way around XP so much easier.
Presently things seem to be ok with the pc but I'm having a day of trying things to see if it "hiccups"

Thanks again & have a great day!!!

Ha! Yes it is. Just think though Coffee and vaping nothing better. I just got my Gandalf in. I lito steep it but filled up a CE3 for the morning drive in. My wife had made coffee earlier before she left but it had gone cold so I brewed me some more before I left. I took two travel cups. Needless to say it took me a while to get into work and it was a great commute.

Okay back to the important stuff.

Usually I say if it isn't broke don't fix it. My guess is it will do the same thing again. I have been wrong before. Sadly I get reminded a lot that I am not perfect. :)

IE up to date. Good. No malware even better. Safe mode does that. You actually do the same thing when going into windows too, you just don't see it loading everything. If you get an SSD it loads in like 9 seconds. Very cool to watch. I digress.

My best guess at this point is it has something to do with your video. You probably have an ATI board or card. Did it also state something about "ativvaxx.dll" My next step would to check the date of your graphics drivers on it. Upgrade if need be. Although sometimes this will screw it up. Fun eh? To access it right click on the desktop (dang got to remember XP here) properties --settings--advanced---adapter--driver there or probably easier to click on start right click on computer--properties--device manager--open your display adapters right click on your ati (hopefully that is what it is) then drivers tab... check the date on it.. then try to update. If it updates great! If not.. more coffee and more vaping is needed. Apparantly there have been some issue with some ATI drivers. Sometimes you have to uninstall the driver then reinstall it. Don't go that route yet unless you are comfortable doing it. It can be a bear for someone who doesn't know what they are doing.

Also like the other said there are ways to take control of a person's PC so someone can work on them. I am not comfortable doing that at this stage, but if you trust Kon it may be the way to go. I use a program called Team Viewer for my family and clients, but as in anything computer related there are 100 different ways to do one thing.

"Could this mean that the pc was never installed correctly or missing something?? " Anything is possible but I doubt it.

Also please note that I am just a dude on the internet. Please be careful in what you do. Unless you are like me and are only afraid of snakes. Not much else worries me. Almost anything can be fixed. Also check around for the install disks. A good reinstall may help but do it as a last resort. It can take 24 hours to update freaking windows from a fresh install. I know I reformat my kids comps once every 3 months. If you do make sure you have backups of anything important and the install disks. Or you can create a ghost image. Some people like it but I am of the mind if you put a backup of something screwed up back on generally your are still screwed up.

Also try what these others are saying. Something about IE settings. For the life of me I can't find it.

Good luck. Important.... if you aren't comfortable doing something. Then don't. It generally isn't worth the frustration.

I know and I hope my "rant" didn't offend you, or anyone else for that matter. I don't think it's a question of IF the FDA gets involved, more of a when. To me, by not supplying a basic list now it only adds fuel to the fire of regulation in the future.

You are a consumer you are allowed. Unfortunately some have forgotten. Luckily SI hasn't.

I didn't say that, I am saying that they are small mom and pop places that don't have the ingredients lists and large business abilities.

On average, juice sells for 60 cents a ml. If a juice is 20% flavoring, it costs you about 10cents to make, but that doesn't include bottle, syringes and other stuff you need.

They are all in it to make some money, but they are not large buisness'. If the FDA were to get involved, all these small juice companies like Vapedudes, altcig and others will probably have problems

Awsum, it would be nice if labeled, but i can see why they dont tell more than pg, vg and nic content. ... some say what they don't contain which is good. i have seen some who warn if it has Tobacco absolutes too. Like Outlaw said they are just Nic, PG, VG and flavorings. I think its the flavoring to worry about. If its a standard e-juice, u can all most guess whats in it. I think if the FDA gets involved u are going to see prices double or triple. And i doubt the FDA will do a decent job policing everyone ... but thats just my thoughts.

Read up in the DIY forum if u want, there are some things like tobacco absolutes, oils and natural sweeteners are best avoided... some ppl but not all try to avoid artificial colors in flavoring too. here is a list of stuff from one big flavor vendor. with red bad, blue artificial colors which only some consider unsafe & green considered safe. Maybe read up on what u dont want in ur e-liquid and e-mail the vender to make sure no bad stuff is in there juices. I am sure a good vendor would not mind doing that, since it discloses nothing.

Hope this helps.

8/15/12 This day I celebrate being smokefree for 6 months Whoooo Hoooo Yehhhhh Meeeeeeeeee
I have had only a few moments of "wanting" a stinkie within this time. I just found that if I played around with my volts (change their colour, dress em up or try a different flavoured juice) that took my mind of the horrible things and kept me happy & satisfied!

I would write more but I just read that back & can imagine everyone thinking that I play dress-ups with my volts ...hey that actually sounds like fun heheheeeee
We could have "gangster volt" "ballerina volt" "cowboy/cowgirl volts" "doctors n nurses" "bikies" "wolves & other critters" heyyyy I better stop cos now I'm thinking dressups to go with peoples usernames.......
Don't know where my mind wonders off to at times
