I generally drink my coffee with real half and half and Splenda, gotta watch the sugar in my ripe olde age, but black is fine too! I have developed a taste for Bailey's French Vanilla, but once a day is enough for me. After dinner it puts a nice cap on the day.

My first cup in the morning I do International Delight French Vanilla. My excuse is that it coats my tummy in preparation for the onslaught of my morning meds. Pffft! It just tastes good.

So, wait. Do you mean when it says this medication needs to be taken with food, strong black coffee is not considered food?

Thank you, Rave. I'll be ok. Biggest part of it is seeing my so-called retirement 401k go down the tubes because I have so many home repairs and renovations needing to be done. Tax hit is going to hurt me.

Trust me, I do understand Kia.

Well - you folks are just entirely too derned quiet tonight. What's up with that?!

I think morri, kia2 and MrOutlaw can tell because they have samples of it. It seems it doesn't leave an aftertaste or anything else.
Keep in mind anything that doesn't have to do with the vaporisation process (water, VG, PG) is most likely to end up as gunk on the coils. Or most of it (some of it gets carried within the vapor droplets)
Sweeteners tend to do it more than flavors and other stuff.
Thanks, I knew that. I was just trying to mitigate my losses, since you mentioned it was sweeter per volume. But if the aftertaste is the only difference, I'm OK with Sucralose. :)

Hey, awsum, what did you do exactly?

I started out doing network design and installation back in the days of thick net, thin net and LatticeNet on a nationwide basis, several very large customers. I also did lot of IBM, token ring on type 2 wiring, stuff, again for very large national customers. That led me to Netware Admin. When I got outsourced, thank you Mr. Perot, I was running a 1000+ seat MAN with a T3 (big time back then) to connect us to the "world". That admin included everything from physical plant design and upgrades, to server configs, back-up (power and tape systems) and holding users hands. In the process I got into NT and Server 2000 as well, but Netware was my main server OS area. One of the things that boggles my mind is remembering bringing up a new server with a 32gig RAID5 array and thinking that was a tremendous amount of disk space. The desktop I'm on right now has 2 terabytes of drives, OK no RAID, and the single processor, quad core, blows away that two processor server from back then. My, how things change. Heck, I have 32gigs of RAM in my tablet and my broadband is way faster than a T3!

No way I'm the first one up this morning, guess I better get busy making the coffee... Mornin Ya'll! It's a might chilly in the mountains this morning.

It was in the mid 40's in the morning here for the last few days, but this morning we're back into the mid 60's. Already about through with my first cup!

Good morning all. We had frost advisories for the last two previous mornings, but today is much warmer. Rainy, but warmer. You won't hear complaints from me today. Life is good.

Now - If I could just keep the squirrels and chipmunks from storing nuts in my engine compartment and win the lottery, life would border on perfection.

Morning Sir, I see on the NOAA site it's 61F down in the Shenandoah Valley but my little portable Weather station on my back deck has it at 43F, 52% humidity and no detectable wind here at 2200 feet. I'm on my second cup but since I didn't get home until very late it might be a two pot morning...

I've been pricing weather stations out. What brand do you have and do you like it?

I have this one Davis Instruments 6250 bought it off Craigs List about a year ago for $150.00 and it works like a charm. I was going to buy one that was about 3 models down from this one when I ran across this and the guy had never even set it up, still new in the box with full warranty. I'm a Craigs List Junkie and with money being so tight these days people are almost giving things away on there, plus I live out in the sticks where the closest place to go shopping is almost 2 hours away. The upside is I live in one of the most beautiful places on earth, right in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. I will live here until I die and then I plan on being buried right up the hill in my back yard with my Harley! Who said you can't take it with you?

Awsum, you sound like you enjoyed that work. Did you retire? Contract work?

Yeah, I always find it interesting to compare then and now in the tech world. I worked in the embedded world, that hasn't changed as much as the commercial and business products. But then, it really can't.

Sounds beautiful, I can't ever decide if I wanna be a city mouse or a country mouse. Right now I'm a beach mouse.

I used to be a beach mouse, I lived on the shore of the Great South Bay on Long Island but then I wanted to move back home after 30 years of living in New York. I ain't ever leaving again, I can hand feed deer right off my back deck and see the Blue Ridge Parkway from my front porch. Best part is when it snows and you can't go anywhere for days, I loved getting snowed in with nothing but the sounds of the forest and the occasional sounds of a Banjo in the distance... :D OMG, I moved into Deliverance

Anybody know where I can rent a cat? I have a mouse living in my house in the city (haha, a city mouse). I don't mind sharing my space, but the dang thing just took a big bite out of the burrito tortillas I was gonna use today! :grr: Sounds like a big one too. Kinda freaking me out, and I can never seem to find him.

Going all OCD with the cleaning now, and doing the eucalyptus aromatherapy thing. Hopefully it'll pack up and leave soon, and move far away to the country...or at least the next unit...gourmet Chinese food over there! That guy can cook!
