I'm waiting for the coffee to brew now. I'm so addicted to the forum, apparently, that I came here before even starting my coffee. Now that's dedication!!
Yep, cleaning day! I have to clean my sword collection.
It's also experiment day. I've got the stuff to make my own juices now and I'm being the mad chemist. Plus, the ingredients only cost me less than $30 and I have enough to probably make between five and ten 30ml bottles. Now I need more bottles. Need to start cleaning out some more cartos too.
Busy busy day. Oh, yeah, gotta mow the lawn too. Sometime.

Yeah - I've got to do cage cleaning today. The glider's cage is 6' x 3' x 2'. It's a royal pain to clean and it takes me forever to scrub it down, clean the logs, and change out the cage set. Then there's the bird cage ... My poor Lady Gouldians finches are about ten years old (the average lifespan is 6 - 8 years). They are terrified when I change their cage - even after all these years - and I'm afraid I'll cause them to have heart attacks. So ... I put it off. There are stalagmites developing in the finch cage.

I didn't win either! Oh well, there is always next time. I try to limit my purchases to when the jackpot is really high. Maybe it will get up there again soon.
When the California Lotto first started, I played faithfully twice a week. Had a couple sets of my own numbers I did every time. I'd even panic if I forgot to get them and would rush out to get a ticket before closing. No way did I ever want to not have a ticket then watch 'my' numbers come up. After a few years I noticed my numbers rarely came up. Couple here and there, think at the most I won $50. I finally just gave up, I don't play and I don't watch for the results.
But like you, when it gets very high, I might get 5 tickets. My group at work will collect for a pool those times too. 45 tickets got us a $7 payoff. We'll be showing up at work Monday afterall

Take your time, Poppie. Reeelax. Take a deep breath. Everything that needs to be done today will still be there later. It won't go anywhere or get any worse while you settle down and have a nice cup of coffee.
