Now I'm curious to see if there is any response/apology video out there from the evil-doers.
This makes me madder beyond comprehension. Not only is SteelJan choosing to leave (her choice) but someone else is telling everyone. Alot of respect has been lost.
Bye from SteelJan - YouTube
Okay, so here is my question: Why are people so mean? I just don't understand it. There is no excuse for it, and it gives the vaping community (if the tormentors are even vapers) a bad name.
Maybe it gives them a feeling of power to bring a woman of such intellect, talent, and charm to tears. I dunno ...
It also makes me sad that all of her extremely informative videos have been made private; but I'll bet that this is a temporary measure only. People will cease to attack if they know she is no longer in the picture.

Bye from SteelJan - YouTube
Good Morning everyone!
Today is my TWO year anniversary of being analog free - I am still amazed that, even though I wasn't intending to quit my decades long habit, I quickly discovered that I exponentially preferred eCigs.
Holy smokes! (no pun intended) I clicked the link to SteelJan channel and there's a new video that says Goodbye, and her friend is on it explaining why. Just posted a few minutes ago and I haven't yet finished watching it.![]()
It's not gonna happen. However, another vid:
YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.
has another reviewer standing up for SteelJan and against the stupidity.
It's not exactly eloquent, but I think he's nailed the problem
I hope to see more reviewers do this. Unfortunately, it's really up to the subscribers to not put up with that kind of behavior.
Disclaimer: The vid is a bit crude at times, but the guy's heart is in the right place.
He was a bit crude, but his heart's in the right place. He's not PC about it, but I agree with him in substance.
today is a very sad day![]()
Because they can be. The Internet allows us to be anonymous, should we choose. For some people that is an invitation to "act out". Probably something they could not do in Real Life. Talk like that in Real Life and someone will eventually (if not repeatedly) hand you your ....
These people have the desire to show others how 'tough' they are or that they are 'smarter' than someone else.
It boils down to lack of consequences. This is the kind of behavior you get from some people who know that they can not be held responsible for any of their actions online.
You are not that anonymous like you think you are. If you press charges on that one youtube is forced by the authorities to give up IP adresses of those users. Then the police get's adresses and names of those users (by the net operators etc) and they are ....ed up.
Everything is logged anyway. Same goes for emails.
The smart hackers know how to hide and i'm pretty sure those idiots have a lower IQ from my toaster.
Nice rule of thumb: Before you post something, pretend that your parents were going to read it too (and know it came from you).
--If you wouldn't say something to someone's face, don't post it either. [That's a really good rule for emails too]
--I can say whatever I want. That doesn't mean that I should say whatever I want.
