In the original story, they did not have names. On October 31st 1912 the story opened as a Broadway play. It was in this play that they first received names. Those names were:

1.Blick
2.Flick
3.Glick
4.Snick
5.Plick
6.Whick
7.Quee

Disney changed the names for their first animated film in 1937.

The names of the dwarfs the became:

1.Sneezy
2.Sleepy
3.Dopey
4.Doc
5.Happy
6.Bashful
7.Grumpy

Can - You just imagine what the video would have been like if Disney stayed with the original names . . . (Now get YOUR minds out of the gutter . . . )

AND - I think that since Rave is Our Own * Resident Wood Nymph * She Really Should Be Naming Who is Whom In Her Forest . . . Now - that is going to be FUNNY ! ! !

(BTW: Gotta" just "LOVE" Googling "stuff" . . . )

However, I did have a friend who was a contestant on Jepardy - She is so smart and doesn't need the Internet at all and WHO OUT DOES "Me" - All the time . . . This was when all that controversy came about about Women contestants - she came in 3rd that night . . .
