Wow lots of bowlers! I was starting to think I'm the only bowler that vapes LOL. All the funny looks at the smokers pit outside between games... "What is THAT?!"

Bowling absolutely is just as much mental as physical. That's what my coach has been beating into me for a year.
1. Train repetitive correct bowling motion.
2. Continue to repeat until it happens every time.
3. Do it during league and don't choke! <--- still working on this one

Glad to hear you've got a coach reptilr. They're the difference between being good and GREAT. Even the pro's have regular coaching! Good luck!

Haha thanks Denin!! Nice to meet you also.

Oh sandy thanks for the tip re: kitty box, I'm going to try and DIY something this weekend, will see how it goes. My lizard is getting another DIY cool house( I get free cardboard from work- the strong stuff) and he loves to hide n peek.... So the cat is going to get some lovin too. LOL.

It kept telling me that the file was to large. I tried 3 times, but I do not give up easy. I will figure it out...

Here, there, everywhere!
Not sogood today I think. Another COPD flareup involving a respritory infection. One shot in each cheek, nother round of steroids, nother round of antibiotics and a happy pill I'm enjoying this evening. Bout to crash though lol.

I hope you feel better soon!

I like your new avatar, Uncle. Is that you and your mom?

It is cool isn't it!

Hello, everyone! Hope you have a great weekend! Happy Mother's Day to all our mom's here, whether they're human or furbabies (or even reptilian), they're kids! ;)

And you as well!

I hated hearing you're under the weather too. Get better soon!

LOL.... have to agree with "Gettin old ain't for wimps." I think the more you love life, the more strength you have to fight that battle. :)

That is an understatement for sure...

But ya know what - It's somehow not so bad when you compare it to the confusion and turmoil of being young. At least we have the experience and have developed enough patience, tolerance, and (hopefully) wisdom to deal with life's difficulties. When we get older, we face trials of personal loss and physical issues. It's a given. It's expected. Doesn't make it easier, but I'd rather have it now than "unarmed" like I was when I was young.
