Wow lots of bowlers! I was starting to think I'm the only bowler that vapes LOL. All the funny looks at the smokers pit outside between games... "What is THAT?!"
Bowling absolutely is just as much mental as physical. That's what my coach has been beating into me for a year.
1. Train repetitive correct bowling motion.
2. Continue to repeat until it happens every time.
3. Do it during league and don't choke!
