Hi Everyone,

Well, the lovely people at CS have helped me get my customer service tickets done in time for me to go on vacation. They are very nice there.

I am looking forward to telling all of you about my trip when I return.

I couldn't locate a triple Y thingey at any of the two car stores, one pharmacy, one home office store, Costco and Wally World. By the time I went to all those places and got gasoline, I was ready to go home so I bought the two plug car charger USB at Wally World and got out of Dodge. At least I can charge two items at once which will help. We won't really need to use the cell phones much since we are on vacation and, generally, not in any areas where they would work anyway. The batteries will be on constant rotation and I have the PCC as well. Tonight I am going to fill all my CE3s and all my Nanos and make sure all my juices are in order for the big trip.

This must be my lucky day since I found Penny's extra magnet for opening the over priced fancy doggie door that uses a magnet to trigger the door with. That means that if she somehow loses her collar, she will have a spare collar and magnet for the pet sitter to put on her. Usually I like to take her with me but we are planning to big of a trip and the National Parks aren't dog friendly so we got her a doggie door. Also, we might be in bear country and I wouldn't want her to get eaten. She is getting the hang of the doggie door and seems like she is starting to use it without me prompting her.

The pet sitter is someone I know and it sounds like she can handle the job. She came by this morning and helped me feed. The horse is the most worrisome since it is bad to feed them too much or to give them food they aren't used to. My friend is no farmer but I think she could tell the difference between grass hay and alfalfa by the time I got done with her:)

Wish me luck on completely quitting cigs. I brought lots of books to read and there will be plenty to do and see to keep me busy. I'm in better shape for walking since I started vaping and the lungs are already happier. I have already cut way back on the cigs so... I think I can do this.

Rave, take good care of yourself. You are a trooper!

Hey Marlou - I bought one of those pedal assembly exercise thingerbobs from Amazon today!! Sure hope it fits under this desk because I always seem to be here. I'm pretty sure that there is more to this house, but I don't see much of it.

Wow! You don't waste any time, do you? lol

I hope the 'thingerbobs' works out for you. If it fits under your desk be careful the first time you use it -- you wouldn't want to crack your knees on the underside of the desk. That would smart, for sure.

I have seen pictures of the view out the widow and your bathroom. Oh, and the beautiful rock full of memories; but technically that's not in your house. You mean there's more?

When are you leaving Lizzie? If I don't "see" you again before you leave, I hope that you have an absolutely wonderful time. Sounds just like the kind of vacation I would enjoy. :)

I can be decisive at times. It just sounds like such a great idea. Hmmm - hadn't considered the knee issue. I'll be careful of that. I'm such a spaz.

Yeah - there's a bit more. The only time that I remember that there's just as much downstairs as there is upstairs is when there's a tornado in the area.

Yes, I was having ECF withdrawals. as well.

Raven, thanks for the well wishes. I am leaving very early Tuesday morning. [Or, if Hubby decides to repack the entire Forerunner, sort of early Tuesday morning].

Back to getting stuff done. Next on the list is going to the car wash to wash the exterior and vacuum the interior. I wiped down the inside and did the inside windows already. Then, I will start staging gear so we can make a list, check it twice and get out of Dodge as fast as possible.

By the way, caught you sneaking in Proudlion. Nothing gets past me:) [I wish]

One good thing, Rave. It has been so long since I used Firefox, I had forgotten how smoothly it scrolls...much better than Chrome. For some reason I had removed Firefox. Since I reinstalled it, I think I'll keep it. Importing all my Bookmarks from Chrome was a breeze. :)

If you add NoScript to FireFox the forum loads just a little quicker because it'll block FB links. FYI ;)

Sorry Lizzie as usual I'm a day late and a dollar short ( I was at a Bike Rally and didn't read the forum too much this weekend) but here is the one I have on the Bike. I got mine at Autozone about 4 years ago but they are at several online vendors. I put up the Overstock one because next to Amazon it's my favorite place to buy gadgets cheap.

I use FireFox and igoogle for the same reason but sadly we only get to use igoogle for 1 more year and then they are forcing everyone to switch to Chrome which I hate. I downloaded Chrome and after two days deleted it. Why can't software developers leave something that works alone? Every time you turn around they are changing a OS,search engine or just about anything I like and know how to use for something I don't like and don't have time to learn how to use. Sometimes I just want to take my computer out back and empty a clip from my AK in it... (need an automatic weapon smiley)

FB is a virus if you ask me, I have never nor will I ever open a FB account. TMI, I don't need to know what anyone is doing every minute of their day and I think anyone that believes that people actually care what they are doing every minute of the day need professional help!
