FB is a virus if you ask me, I have never nor will I ever open a FB account. TMI, I don't need to know what anyone is doing every minute of their day and I think anyone that believes that people actually care what they are doing every minute of the day need professional help!

The value of FB depends a great deal upon how you use it. Through FB, I was able to locate friends that were important that I'd completely lost track of. For example: In high school, my best friend ran off with my boyfriend to Canada and married him. She never contacted me again because she thought I'd hate her for that. I've tried to find her for years to reconnect. Through FB, I was finally able to do that. Also through FB, I am able to maintain contact with my old artist buddies from when I was on tour. I can see their new paintings, read of their adventures, and enjoy them vicariously. I was able to see my niece's wedding photos. That was important because I was unable to travel to attend her wedding. So - I'm just sayin' that beauty truly is often in the eye of the beholder.

Good morning. Thanks for the tip, 1st officer. A quick cup of Cafe Verona and some Ry4 24mg for me today, so I gues we are all coffee and Ry4 buddies this morning. Wolfing down a bacon and bagel sandwich and running out the door to clean a house and run errands. Then home for final preparations to get out of Dodge.

On the road again Doo, doo, doo, doo, doo Can't wait to get on the road again.

You know what they say, you get a horse, you start listening to country music and, before you know it, you have the BIG Hair doo:)

If you here the song "Born to be Wild" this week, think of two people driving, totally screwing up the lyrics on the song "Born to be Wild" and laughing as they fly down the back roads and dirt roads of the Wild West:)

See you guys in a couple of weeks.

Sitting down, facing forward.
Have a great time, Lizzie. I hope your battery problems are now well taken care of and you can vape in confidence and avoid tobacco completely. That would make your vacation even better!

I use FireFox and igoogle for the same reason but sadly we only get to use igoogle for 1 more year and then they are forcing everyone to switch to Chrome which I hate. I downloaded Chrome and after two days deleted it. Why can't software developers leave something that works alone? Every time you turn around they are changing a OS,search engine or just about anything I like and know how to use for something I don't like and don't have time to learn how to use. Sometimes I just want to take my computer out back and empty a clip from my AK in it... (need an automatic weapon smiley)

Morning everyone!

I also use Firefox with NoScript. Love it, also downloaded a cool little program called Admuncher.

BTW check out this search engine https://www.startpage.com/ Basically what it does is acts as a go between so google won't be able to collect any information on you or your searches. Just something for those of you interested in a little more privacy.

I also have never had a FB account, nor care to. Not because I am afraid of the internet, I just don't want / need another time sink. Heh, I played WoW for almost 5 years.

I agree that when used that way it is a nice tool. The part that is lame is needing to know that somebody 'liked' some page or scored level 3 on Farmville, etc. But personally I found no use for it. If my (so-called) best friend ran off with my (so-called) boyfriend, then they can just stay lost. :)

Thanks but I can't take Aleve it burns my stomach but I found a better solution. I took a percocett and went back to bed and slept for almost 5 hours, feel much better now. I'm finally gonna drink the pot of coffee I made this morning and get caught up on all my forums and then cook the girls some dinner. Wife is on Vacation up in NYC till Saturday so I get to do a whole bunch of nothing without the fear of getting smacked in the back of the head...

I have a clearo of Almond Amaretto Cuppacino DIY to go with a fine microwaved cup of fresh ground Colombian Dark Roast. Life is good.

You microwave coffee? Blasphemous! A single cup drip maker or French Press is the only way to really appreciate a fine coffee.
