Hi SandySu!!!!! Nice to see you again.

Well, I was "reformed" for about 10 minutes. I'm easily led astray it seems.

How is you and yours?

It's good to see you back. Don't be such a stranger.

My big news is that I broke my arm up near the shoulder. As luck would have it, it's my right arm, and I'm right-handed. This was back on Sept. 29. After some visits to doctors and tests, etc. I had an operation on Oct. 10 to put a plate in my arm. I'm healing, but not fast enough for my taste. My stepmother, Pat, drove up here to stay with us and help out till I was able to do things on my own. She left for home today, and I miss her already, though I'm sure I'll be able to do for myself even with her gone. I'm now able to drive my car, which gives me a lot more independence. I visited my horse, Penny, yesterday, though my visits have been infrequent, since once at the barn, I'm not able to do much. I've been going to physical therapy twice a week, and I do my exercises every day, so I'm hoping to get full range of motion back in my arm, though that hasn't happened yet. I'm determined, though.

Other than all that, not much other news. I'm not working till I've healed more, so it's sort of boring. I'm reading a lot, and when Pat was here, we watched movies on DVD. So, TK, please stick around and provide some much-needed entertainment!

Hey, I ordered one of those limited Pink 650 X2's today. Tried to resist, I've spent too much already, but I wanted the new short cones for my other X2's and couldn't order just the cones.....and a pink one will be so pretty! And it's a limited color.....
So I twisted my own arm!

I would like to have a pink X2 but will have to wait until the end of the week. From what I could see on the website, it does not look pink, more like a light raspberry but I can't be sure. If you get it before Friday... please let me know if it's true pink or if indeed it has a raspberry/fushia hue. I don't want another shade of raspberry.

Its not pictured. That is raspberry you see in the photo. Got one of those. This is a limited order - Imagine posted somewhere else that they ordered raspberry color and they got pink ones by mistake. She didn't know how long they would be around, so I didn't want to wait too long. When you go to choose colors, the pink is an option under the drop down box. I ordered a short pink cone for it, too. As well as a short cone for my black and my raspberry one.
