Happy Valentine's Day to you also Sandy!

Snow is beautiful when it's falling... blanketing everything in white... the stillness... BUT, after it's down a while, it gets so ugly, a lovely gray/black crud. salt and plow trucks, tire tracks and exhaust fumes accumulate, packing it down into.. ugh! One of the reasons they call it black ice? Snow and ice stays on my side of the street longer than the other side... taking twice as long to GO AWAY!!

Hurry up Springtime! I'm sooo ready.
So ready for Spring here too! LOL - (the red) around here we call it "Snirt"!

Sounds like Awsum is going to spoil his wifey rotten by doing the household chores and making a fine meal. My kind of special day:)

I am presuming that hake is a fish.

Home repairs for the holidays. You are also my kind of guy, Wabbit:)

Happy Valentine's Day to ALL!!!!!!!!!!!

My hubby got the hedge trimmer fixed yesterday and then made sure it was running properly this morning. He is feeling a lot better. The phone rang this morning and he made the mistake of answering it. His job called him in. They are short handed. So, since he is feeling better and it is only until 3:30, he said Yes.

I think I will make him a home made cheese and ham pizza for dinner.

Busy day. Want to bake some bread [store bought isn't cutting it]. Need to work on picking up the house. Possibly finish the last of the yard clean up. The goat pen could always be raked out. One last seed order to put in.

Hope everyone has a lovely Valentines Day.
hmm - some people lift weights, Lizzie lifts houses ... :D

I own that pink robe!!!!
hmm - a movie star amongst us - huh? ;-)

Good Morning Volties!!! Rise and Shine!

Coffee's on and some banana nut muffins hot from the oven. Help yourself.

Also, please watch this "futuristic"? short film. Similar to 1984. Also it brings to mind about our past conversation about too much government control over our lives. The primary actor is using an e-cig by the way. Enjoy!

That was an interesting clip ...

Remember the dressage horse, Ravel, who danced to Bolero? I had said he's retired now, and I thought you might be interested in seeing his replacement. Ravel's owner says he's her favorite trail horse now. Her trainer, Stefan Peters, has been working with Legolas, the new competition horse, imported from Germany, as so many of the top US dressage horses are.

Oh thanks for posting! Love dressage! I'm soooo glad we switched to DISH TV - love HRTV channel - it's all horse stuff!
Just 10 pages to go! Oh - looms - had an aunt who used to make rugs from old jeans ... MIL who loved to crochet walmart bags!
I have a couple favorite pot holders she made a long time ago ... Still holding up!
Night all -

Sounds like you are inside and not out in your -30 weather. Good!!!!

Your horses are coming around. That is a nice feeling.

Wiseguy totally loved me a couple of days ago but now he is ignoring me. Working with him makes such a difference but it was windy today and I worked yesterday. I'll have to try to spend some real time with him tomorrow,

I never wash my cat. Why do you feel it's necessary? I do brush him sometimes when it's shedding season, and I pet him a lot, and he goes out and rolls in the driveway and comes in all dusty, but he licks himself and stays clean that way. At least that was what I was always told. Is Alice a longhair? Do you have to wash them? I thought brushing was good enough. Do you use a special cat shampoo? I'd worry about removing oils from the coat that protect the cat from skin problems.

Just made renolizzie's cinnamon danish juice. Wow! I'm about ready to open the bottle and drink it, it's so good! Thanks so much for sharing with us Lizzie!

I should be getting some vape mail soon and hope to mix up a batch myself. Does it ruin you tanks? I have heard that cinnamon does that to some tanks.

I'm not sure about cinnamon Danish, but I have heard that high potency cinnamon and some fruits really eat plastic tanks. I'm still waiting for WL to get back into shape before I order cinnamon Danish and will probably restrict it to a CE3 until I find out how it tastes and if it wrecks the tanks.

I ordered directly from TFA website, you can get larger amounts of flavoring at decent prices. The only problem is that they are in California and WL is in Florida, so shipping takes longer. I did find a coupon, so actually shipping was free.

I'll have to go to the TFA website:)

Good morning. Volties. Lazy morning. Sun is out. Already above freezing. Other than feeding the critters, we are hanging out and drinking coffee. Have a cup.

Looks like the Hubby is going to take me out to lunch in Carson City and we will go by the ranch store:)

I doubt that this will ruin a tank. I have atomic cinnacide which tastes like the fireballs that will certainly crack a tank. I have a CE3 going on Lizzie's recipe and I've had no issues.

Thanks for posting this. Since I am in California, it will be nice to get my shipment earlier than ordering from back east. Ecigexpress is north of me so that helps too.

The Perfumer's Apprentice is located at 100 Kennedy Drive, Unit 105, in Capitola, California, so if it is nearby perhaps they have a retail outlet. That would be ideal for you.

Just checked that Rabbit. They used to have a store in Santa Cruz (would have been a lovely bike ride there), but they closed it when they moved to Capitola. No retail shop. :(

On edit: I just placed an order and it had an option for local pickup. Hmmmm will have to plan a day one of these days and go to the bay area and hit Tasty Vapor in Oakland while I'm out! Yea for me! :)

If you are a bike ride away from Santa Cruz, have you ever visited the Santa Cruz Mystery Spot? It's great fun not only experiencing the puzzling physics of the place but also contemplating why it's so. Here's a short video about it that gives you an idea. Weird US at the Mystery Spot - YouTube

My boss just texted me and today I will get to see the new Waste Management CNG (Natural Gas powered) truck that arrived to our city. I've seen it once on the road, but we get to actually give it a once over and see it in action. Even though I'm on vacation, I can't pass this opportunity up! It's nice to see the haulers doing as much as they can for the environment!

Here's a link to an article with a picture of the same type of truck that is servicing our city: Waste Management adding cleaner, natural-gas vehicles - Houston Chronicle

Given the amount of natural gas that is available here in the US, it's amazing that time and money are being spent on hybrids and electric cars. Electricity, for electric cars, is generated by coal/gas/nuclear, so where's the savings? CNG burns much cleaner than gasoline but there's no infrastructure, fueling stations, for it so we toy with battery power instead. Our tax dollars hardy work.

Oh how cool Sandy! I've seen the bumperstickers on cars! I've not been there, but I have been to the Winchester Mystery House. That place is freaky: Welcome - The world famous Winchester Mystery House

Thanks for sharing that. I'm putting that on my list of places to go!
