When I ask Bo is he wants to go for a ride he prances and bounds up and down, front to back. I have to be careful to stay out of the way because he's so exuberant. My wife is always worried he'll take out the flat screen TV.

 You would think that they are never allowed out of the house!! How about a picture of Bo with your new camera... ummm?? ;)

I'd like to see that! from a distance:) How much does Bo weigh?

Rusty the Red Dog doesn't like to go for a ride at all.

I have some I have to download off the camera and put in Photo Bucket, maybe later today.

We keep Bo "fit and trim" at 160 pounds. When he does his little "happy dance" or chases though the house playing, the knick knacks and dishes all rattle!

Well, I promised the old long bed Chevy with the 454 it could go to Fernly today. Oh, and I get to buy Mexican food while I am there. The only real question is "to go" or "I'll eat in". My favorite Mexican place is in that town.

Of course, I have a reason to go there since I need to pick up Penny Poo Poo's meds.

Hey, I got something done today. I burnt that pile of brush.

Does Rusty only go in the car when you take him to the vet? That could be a reason. If you take him to fun places, he'd probably start to like riding in the car.

We used to try to take him to fun places but, nope, he doesn't like riding in the car. I really don't mind since he doesn't beg to come with us, we have five acres for him to guard and guarding is his favorite job. He's just a home body.

One of my chow chows would vomit all over the car in less than a mile into the trip. It was so bad I ended up putting towels all over the back seat when I had to take her somewhere.

Whisper loves to go places. She gets sleepy in the car, but on the motorcycle she usually has her head out looking around. She'll duck in her box on longer rides and take a nap.

Well My little pup loves to ride. If I can, I take her everywhere. And she knows when we go to the vet. Some times it is to just visit. Other times it is for a checkup and shots. So I do have a quirck. I want her to know that the vet is not all bad. So that is why I just take her there for a visit. Hence no checkup. So she see the doctor for who he is..

That's a really good idea. Do you have to pay for a vet visit, even though it's just a social call?

We take Bo to the vet every now and then to weigh him, he doesn't fit on our scale or into my arms (my back would go anyway LOL). He loves going for rides and we usually have a harness on him attached to a seat belt,..who wants a 160 pound missle flying around in an emergency?

No, he does not charge. Her vet on some days have a day where animals can come in just to visit. But some time he has to go because of emergencys and treatments. But he comes back out and talks to all the animals, Not us humans

What a wonderful vet! And I bet it makes his job easier when the animals do need treatments or shots, too.

I looks like that he sure likes that bone. Better not take that away. You might end up without a hand..

Hmm looks like I forgot to hit the submit button last night ...
I do recall asking Lizzie what kind of dog Red is ..,
On that note- perhaps he gets car sick. Beethoven is a bit depressed as he's not traveled much the past 18 months ... he has his own car seat.

Sandy - what a coincidence! You shared the video. When I got home Guess what's on - "Inside Information" - just happen to have brief tidbit on Katey Barrett including mention of the Wild Horse Sanctuary and her film!

Uncle - thank you for posting on Raynes. Hope things go well go well for her ... hope she has cuddle duds handy - Wx chan is threatening snow & jet stream dipping pretty far south next week ...

JoAnn - glad to hear your doing better! Like Sandy my knees have had 'run ins' w/ the desk. Ouch!
I'm definitely sore - and feeling it in the knees (not normal for me) .

Our regular line leader will not be w/ us this spring - she slipped on ice 3 weeks ago ... and broke an ankle.

Funny - we had been back to work about 30 minutes after break ... it occurred to me I'd forgotten about vaping! (On a lanyard) I did so briefly at noon ... afternoon break was over - thot of it going out the door so I had a couple quick hits ... good to go.

He tries his best. He already has seven dogs. Two of them go with him to his office. He also has two cats in the office too.
Funny thing one of his dogs is named Bo.
