I may just leave it well enough alone for now. That spot has the waste line leading out to the septic system and there's a cleanout there, just in case. If I do build a closet that's another consideration as is the actual placement of the tanks, can't block that cleanout. My wife and I are the only ones that use the gym, so it's not critical to us. On that same wall I mounted the reverse osmosis filter I put in last year and that takes up some space as well. Maybe I'll just build a partition across the room instead. There would be some additional insulation value added since I would insulate the walls if I do build a closet. We'll see, maybe after the system is built and running.

Sorry - I know you're female. It's just the way I talk (a lot like Bart Simpson). "Dude," Man," and "You Guys" are all non-gender-specific to me, but I'll try to be more careful. ;)

No biggie. I use that term too without realizing what I'm saying. I guess I'm so used to reminding Konstatine that I'm a female! :)

Roland, You are quite ambitious, as I was a few years ago, except when I went Geothermal, I decided it was way to big a job for me and hired a pro to put it in. In the past I have added three additions to my original house myself and hired a contractor for a forth. I wish you the best on your project.

On the subject of paying $40 or $50 for a tube to hold a battery, after I thought about it, we have spent far more on throwaway X2s, Nanos, and cartomizers. My favorite vape spot is also about 3.6 to 3.8 volts, so a mechanical would not be too bad and I really do like the look of KTS Telescope in Stainless and Gold, but since they are not in stock, a decision is down the road.

Catch all you "dudes" later.

The thing about a mechanical mod is that it starts out at 4.2 volts then peters down to, say 3.4, volts. Not a consistent vape. 65, 78, X2 and others are regulated and maintain a much more consistent vape. I'm sticking with the electronic mods for now anyway.

I used to be a contractor, so I'm experienced with large projects as well as small stuff like a solar water heater. Geothermal is beyond what I can do, no drilling rig to do the heavy work and a post hole digger just wouldn't cut it. On the other hand I am thinking about a "water cooler" to augment the air conditioner during the summer. I can drive a pipe down twenty or thirty feet, drop some copper tubing down and circulate water through that and a heat exchanger in the house, like a car radiator, to provide a source of cool air for the cost of running a decent circulating pump rather than a big air conditioner compressor. More little projects.

Hey Folks, how about this for a pure mechanical MOD only $41.99 at Delaware Vapors. This just may be my next purchase, looks beautiful. It is a GG Clone. However it is out of stock right now.

Hi Rabbit - It might be a good idea to keep an eye on this place as well:

oops...url doesn't work - must be on someone's bad list - it's Hoosier Vapes minus the space with the obligatory dot com and
/China-GG-Half-ChromeGold_p_175.html
added on

They too are out of stock but they generally have all the extras as well. They also occasionally have them on sale for really low prices (under $30 the last time).

Oh yeah, you can add a kick to it if you want variable voltage as well.

Thanks BWhare, I have been watching video's of the China GG or KTS Telescope same device. I also have found that the tubes are very thin brass, chrome plated and gold colored. The battery spring again seems to be a problem area. It is very small and the fire button sometimes heats up. Why manufacturers can't develop a MOD that just WORKS I do not know. Test, retest and retest, then build and sell. Even the ProVari has it little quirks. The price seems right and it is a good looking MOD. I am just toy shopping right now.

We got Penny Poo Poo a new squeaky toy yesterday. She is squeaking and squeaking the new toy. So cute.

Busy day in Voltville but I have managed to catch up.

Too tired to comment though:)

I used to "dog-sit" a neighbor's Rottie. Her favorite toy was a squeaky rubber ducky--yeah, like a kid's bath toy. It was amazingly funny, to see a Rott, with a yellow rubber ducky in her chops, squeaking it at you, eyes full of mischief... :come play with me:
What a fantastic dog.

That probably made an unlikely picture! A big Rottie with a squeaky rubber duck! :)

Whisper loves squeaky toys. She's particular though, she doesn't like rubber toys at all. They must be soft and furry. We have about 10 toys on the bed and have to play every night before we go to sleep.

Good morning, Volties! A little sunshine and a little warmer this morning. Hopefully the storm yesterday was the end of snow for this season!

We tried giving Bo squeaky toys. He does like them a lot, but he is a very powerful chewer and goes right through them in just a few minutes. When we first got him he literally ate a squeaky squirrel (sorry TK) and we were lucky to get the squeaker before that went as well. He's limited to Nylabones now, for his health and our pocketbook.

Good morning, Volties. Coffee is on:)

Penny loves to play. She is the first dog I ever owned who loved to play with and fetch toys. Hubby says "You wanted a dog that would fetch" when Penny is poking me with the toy like "Play with me".

48 degrees out. Really nice overnight temp. The whole week is supposed to be low thirties at night and mid sixties for the day. Nice!!!!

My cat, Tom, thinks he's human sometimes.

IMG_0284_zps3d54b074.jpeg

Lately, when I do my exercises, the first part of them is on an exercise mat on the bedroom floor. He comes into the bedroom while I'm unrolling the mat to supervise, and when I lie on it and start my exercises, he lies down next to me. One day (I'm sure it was coincidence) he was stretching -- you know how cats do, with their forepaws stretched out in front of them and their .... in the air. Sometimes I have to shoo him away; he gets in the way and wants me to pet him and nudges my hand to say so. Here I am, doing an exercise called the sleeper stretch, where I have to push my hand down toward the floor, and he gets under it and pushes up, saying, "Pet me, pet me."

Every morning, Bill & I make the bed together when we get up, and when Tom sees this, he has to get up on the bed, to supervise, Bill says. We just pull the covers, him along with it, and he rides along, totally undisturbed. He's such a character!

Good morning Volties :)

Beautiful sunshine today and the snow is melting. A few snow showers are predicted for the next couple of days but no more accumulation is expected. Temps are still in the 30s but are expected to climb to upper 40s.

Spanky does not like rubber chew toys, only the big floppy stuffed animal types. He has a particular favorite for... ....

He also likes playing tug of war with a rope toy too.
