Another trick to get rid of gurgling in a T3 is increase the flavor wick size a little to reduce the amount of liquid getting to the coil by restricting the flow through compression at the ports.

Why do you say Asusu sucks? I bought them based on price/configuration more than reviews, but the user reviews seemed reasonably good. I don't plan on taking them apart in the first place, but one never knows do one?

I've rebuilt it again this time with new wire. The old wire was pushed up and was causing this, once i used new wire it was longer and could hold it in place. Works perfect now.
