Cindy, I've been replacing those wicks with some 2mm wick I have around. It seems to cure the gurgle without effecting the amount of vapor or flavor. You can always get a standard tank and use SI XL cartos in it, that's what they are actually made for. You would need to punch a hole in them, but that's a pretty standard thing for catro tanks from what I've seen.

Yeah, if I had any money to shop outside of SI...
(I can barely keep myself fed and just have SI prize money to spend.)
Plus I'm really cheap, and I hate having to buy things I don't need (DCT cartos), or buy the ones without and pay humongous shipping.
And if SI had prepunched cartos, they'd look a lot better (laser, no dimples) and it would be a lot less work (knowing me, I'd probably end up using a Dremel/drill with a tiny cobalt bit instead of the punches - I used a saddle valve when I was playing with it, and didn't like how it came out).

As long as we're talking tanks, Kanger has discontinued the T3 and replaced it with the T3S. The bases are not interchangeable, from what I can gather, but the T3S coil is a separate piece, screws into the base, making it a lot less expensive. I wonder how this will effect SI with their T3?

Today was gray all day, with rain predicted, so I didn't take a walk. I thought if I got a couple blocks away, it would start to rain. I was wrong, and it waited till evening, but how was I to know? Instead, I got my exercise by scrubbing the bathroom floor, which really needed it. Now the whole bathroom is sparkling. Not to say the rest of the house is so clean. Sadly, I've neglected housework since I broke my arm, and only now am I getting to the hard stuff that I let go.Scrubbing floors is one of the things that got let go.

So here's a photo I took a while ago of the curtain in a window on Main St. It looks handmade, doesn't it? Can you imagine the work that went into this? I think it must be tatting, since it doesn't look exactly like crocheting.

I think that is bobbin lace. I have two examples of it in my framed collection. Tatting doesn't look at all like that. If you want, I can show you some examples of all three.

Ok... after reading this, I've changed my mind about trying these. Sounds like too much work for me. I'm a fill and vape kind of person so I think I'll pass on carto tanks.

haha, that's why I want SI to come out with prepunched cartos! Then it would be fill and vape. And tanks are really fun to decorate. But yeah, if the clearo type devices are working for you, then you're in luck and don't have to go that route. Unfortunately for me, I prefer cartos. the tanks just keep them wet longer. The wick thing was on the T3.

Sure, I'd like to see. All I'm familiar with is crochet, and I knew it wasn't that. I've heard they make lace by tatting, so I thought maybe it was that. I hadn't heard of bobbin lace.

wow!!! wasn't my night fun (NOT)...I went out for a couple off bourbons.....this feral woman.....went right off at my spinner...calling me a junkie crack pipe user....ive never had anything like this happen in my nearly 10mths of vaping...maybe a few weird looks...but this woman was out there....she was wanting to punch on....I told the bouncer....get her away from me mate....or there will be trouble.... I just got home.....trying to unwind......

People are afraid of what they don't understand. One way of dealing with this fear is aggression. A better way is cautious curiosity. This woman is obviously narrow-minded and defensive, but she's not ultimately your problem. You did the right thing to ask the bouncer to have her leave you alone. This is why I like the little e-cigs. They provoke less comment.

I was trying to stay calm.......and explain...to her....but she didn't want to know...just going nuts....blowing her rotten tobacco in my face....I tell ya.....anyway....whatever.....im still taking my spinner n big boy T3 out...the pub owner told me ...I can vape...so up her date mate...sorry....
