Good Morning!!My daughter is still sick,taking her to the Drs today.Her cold has gone into her chest and it sounds horrible.She just coughs all night long.She keeps climbing into bed with us and hacking germs on us all night.YUK!I so wicked hope I dont get it.I dont think my poor body can handle it on top of everything else.LOL,Wish me luck!!
Hello all, can't seem to stay asleep so up I am. Lots of internship hours to put in over the next two days. Not looking forward to driving across the city in the snow, but since I don't have one of those cool flying Jetsons cars yet it will have to been done.

Missy I hope he doesnt have what my daughter has.Its been a week and shes still sick.I hope he feels better soon!!
Thanks u 2... I hope so too.. he cant afford to miss anymore school. Today is only a half day tho, so not too bad. I started feeling yucky naight b4 last.. kinda had me down yesterday.. i took so much meds this morning i am tired again..lol. id rather get it now and not be sick for the holidays tho.. Keys i hope ur angel is better soon!

Two hour school delay for the kids...ugh not so fun when you don't get a two hour work delay.
Now now girl, don;t go jumping to assumptions! Maybe she's just full of Holiday Spirit ;-)
DS#1 is going to turn me into a b1tch. He had 3 big things due today and waited until last night to "finish" all of them - one of them being a scholarship application that had a 500 word essay, a service project proposal and a resume...then he comes down stairs this morning 15 minutes before we have to leave in a wrinkled shirt (plaid) and tie (striped)...apparently the power point project due today (that he finished at 11 last night) is for a speech and they have to wear "speech clothes"...he barely caught DH to tie the tie...and so he got a lesson on ironing 7 minutes before we were to leave. (grrr)
We finally get out the door 10 minutes late, get the kids to school and as I pull back in our street I get a call from him. I have to sign the application! So back I go to school. My hair is still damp from my shower and I have no makeup on and an old sweatshirt. They tell you that the toddler year will wear you out - but I honestly think the teen years are going to KILL me!

She actually wants me to install blinds in our bedroom and set up the bed frame/headboard/footboard that our friends gave us. It's all becoming clear now. LOL
I had the nicest day yesterday with the hubs! We knocked off some of our Christmas shopping and had a lunch. I hadn't been to the mall in a year - I detest the mall lol. And dang - now i remember why we never grab anything to eat in the food court. $$$!!!
And I need to kick my sisters ....! She gave me the names of what she wants me to get my nieces - apparently she thinks I'm a miracle worker - Hedbanz and Red Rover - the 2 hottest games for the preschool and young girl set! The woman at ToysRUs actually laughed when I asked where to find them. LAUGHED! But she couldn't explain why their website shows the Hedbanz game in stock at her store but no a one to be found on the shelves...hmm Guessing it had already made it's eay to an employees cart and car before the store even opened.
She better give me something else to get them or they are getting drums and tambourines.

Hey guys. I'm sorry for my absence recently. School is kicking my .... and I'm moving into a new apartment in a few days in a different city so I've been trying to get everything together.
That and my internet got shut off because neither my dad nor I had enough money to pay for it lol.

Well my daughter has pnuemonia,Im so glad I took her in to the Dr.He gave her antibiotics and she should be fine.I had been giving her a cough suppressant and she should have had an expectorant.Im not winning any parenting awards here.
oh no keyz!!! Wishing her a speedy recovery! and dont be too hard on yourself! These things are so confusing!!! You brought her to the dr and know what to do now!!! (((BIG HUGS))))
