Yay yssiM!

Snow flurries and cold here - suppose to get nasty overnight. Got a huge crockpot full of Zuppa Toscana and making some bread. The laundry is washed & dried but waiting patiently to be folded and put away. I think it'll wait for a while longer lol.

Still knocking off my Christmas shopping. ugh.

Put the flannel sheets on the bed yesterday - had to pry me out with a crow bar this morning! Even coffee wasn't going to work lol.

If I wasn't so embarrassed I'd take a pic of Mt. Washmore! Well, I guess it's Mt. Cleanlaundry but still! It's piled up on a queen size bed - and I do mean piled. But it's not going anywhere unless a couple of house elves want to tackle it.

If it makes anyone feel better - I haven't made single Christmas cookie nor wrapped a present not sent a card. In fact I'm pretty sure I'm not sending out cards this year. Just not feeling it.

Just got an email that DH's boss has invited some people (including DH) AND SPOUSES! out to dinner on the 29th to a Brazilian steak house downtown. (His boss is Brazilian) DH has been and goes on and on about it - I told him even if he can't go I'M GOING! lol

I got up this morning,the tree was lit up.It was quiet.Got my coffee and got on here to check on everyone before I ran out the door to work.It was so nice.Im so thankful this year.I feel at peace with myself and I think you guys have alot to do with that.I just wanted to say THANK YOU!I noticed that I never feel lonely anymore.I think I needed you guys!Thanks.

Morning all! 19*, 4 inches of snow, 30 mph winds = 90 minute school delay for both schools and no buses the grade school - the high school doesn't have buses. Wish they'd canceled. My tired brain is trying to figure out when we need to leave - an house delay I cna figure off the top of my head - but 90 minuets is throwing me this morning
