And to top that, out of nowhere for no reason SmokingRT sent me a box mod, and I finally got to try higher-volt vaping. NOW I see what all the fuss is about!! And I thought I was fine at 3.7 - silly me. Not sure how many volts this is, or even what kind of a mod or whatever, but POW it packs a punch. Thanks SmokingRT!

Oh Atsirk....give cartos a try again at 5v, I've found that a carto that performs crappy at 3.7v works wondorusly at 5v

Hey B,The place where you got the golddigger has some VV usb charge mods that are pretty expensive,like $155.Have you ever tried one or heard anything about them?A friend asked me and I have no idea.
Those are a "Fistpack" type of mod. I haven't personally used one, but I've heard very very good things about that type of mod. I suppose it's sorta like the VV Tekk, but it's VV is limited to the 4 to 5v range. Meaning, it goes like 4v, 4.3v, 4.5v, 5v and that's the total of it's range...something to that effect. It's also much more solid (vs the Tekk) as it's made of metal. Is it worth the money...I don't know, I've never used one like I said, but the mAh on the 510 version is like 1600, and even more mAh on the 901/808 version, it's usb charge, solid and has voltage options. I'm sure it's worth the price tag to someone.

The Tekk has two 2200 mAh's in it I believe...I get 2.5 days at 5v with it, heavy vaping. That 1600mAh would probably last a full day, or day and half maybe. So, not bad at all. USB charge is awesome. I can plug the Tekk into my wall outlet w/ a wall adapter (even one from an eGo kit works fine) and leave it over night and it's good to go in the morning. I keep that mod for back up in case my only dual slot charger ever dies. USB charge also means PT and I can also use the Tekk at a PT in my car w/ my GPS cigarette lighter charging cord...would be great for a long road trip (god forbid), the mod you're looking at is the same. I've personally got nothing but love for the USB charge option.
All of the Aceofvapes box mods are usb charge too. Nice feature. And yes, I'm sure the batts can be replaced once they've outlived their charging lives. I'd certainly have a modder do it though.- Status
