I wasn't feeling so good at 0330... not sure if it was SWMBOs cake or the fantastic grilling I did last night for her birthday. Regardless, that fiasco ruined my morning run plans. Looks like I will have to push the H2O today so I can finish my week 2 run program.

In other news, I'm awaiting my US Plastics order so I can PIF/TC a bulk of this juice I have stockpiled.

Hope everyone is having a better Saturday morning than I am.

I woke up this morning to "This is Casey Kasem and Americas Top 40 .. here's the number 7 song in the country this week ..." and they proceeded to play this:

Apparently, I woke up in the 70s.

My radio station rebroadcasts old Top 40 countdowns early Sat mornings. Who knew. I'm never up. lol

Good Morning PIF. (Great news, eh, Bianca??)

Who's up for a Lesbian wedding in July in New YorK? GO NEW YORK!!

Yay for you Chelle and for Beth!!!

I sat at my computer last night to watch the vote and I cried! I'm so proud of my state! Sallana posted a thread about it here in PIF!

Late July wedding in NY? Lovely! Depending upon where and when and if I'm invited, I just might come! Weekends though are bad for me as I do Have to work. :(

:::hearing here comes the brides in my head now!::::

Good afternoon PIF and wishing you all a beautiful weekend! :)

Bad pet day here. :( My 14 year old dabetic dog is having seizures again. The mobile vet came out right away to see her, tweaked her inuslin dose and we're hoping for the best. Found out she has a pretty severe heart murmer now...my poor old dog. I also had to have my last pet rat put down. Last night when I feeding him it was pretty obvious that he was just too old to hang on much longer and wan't going to get any better. :( No more tiny animals for me. I've been keeping rats for 15 years and they just don't live long enough and it's too hard to do this every 3 years.

Rest in peace, Sonny. :*(http://www.flickr.com/people/87267225@N00/

(((((Chelle)))))) I am so sorry for your loss of your Sonny (what a cutie!) and your pooches problems. I had hamsters. We started with 2 which multiplied out to about 7 ;P and each loss was hard. Our first one, orion lived 3 years which is very long for a hamster, but when he went, we decided no more small animals again too.

Thank you Magnus and Q and Lois and Jinx. I appreciate your kindness. I get a lot of "OMG, it's JUST a RAT! *shudder*" but I have loved each of them dearly (all 10 that I've owned over the years) and most of them have been sweet as little kittens and have closely bonded with me, as I have with them.

My little dog is very happy. She loves food and a soft place to sleep...I provide both, so she's set. :) As long as she's got a decent quality of life and isn't suffering, she will continue to be spoiled rotten. :D

Thank you again.

Chelle-so sorry to read about Sonny. My daughter had a rat (Cracker was his name) and he was so sweet. He would come when you called him and loved to play in the cushions of the couch! If you didn't talk to him when you came into the room he would stand at the door and try to pull it open to get your attention. ((((hugs)))) Hoping all is better with you dog!

Tina, (((hugs back))) thank you for sharing that with me and for the love. I really appreciate both. I think most people don't realize how sweet and smart rats are and what good pets they make. My little dog is sleeping next to me right now...with a blanket on her. She's happy and she's feeling pretty good now. :) Thank you Tina.
