Will someone smack me across the face and tell me I have a problem. I sat at Starbucks for 3 hours today, figuring out strategy for our election. My heads about to burst! :(

We just had a poll done and it's all uphill from here. Looks like I have to come up with some nifty fundraising ideas for the campaign.

Any ideas? I'm not super creative.

lol well we don't know his platform to really help with ideas...

well other than he's an openly gay candidate...

and not to sound too terribly stereotyping here... I'm assuming you've hit community for fundrasing...
what about a really nice dinner and ball ...perhaps something not black tie but white tie, or even any other color than black and white..something that both the LGBT and straight community can equally enjoy and feel comfortable at...

Thank You all for the welcome. Question. Do Most people vape like they smoke or do most people inhale directly into their lungs?
LOL at ghost!!! omg....I pull it in my mouth and then inhale..i taste it better that way, and if i direct lung it, i choke...lmao:facepalm:

Gay community is throwing their weight behind the Orange County mayoral race here in Central Florida, in which no candidates are openly gay. We've made some gains their. His name is Todd, so I'm thinking two fundraisers a month called "Tuesdays with Todd". Different locations with specials, etc. Then maybe one house party a month with a higher $ contribution. :D

I'd also probably find some charity stuff to do...really put him out there in the community for more exposure to help increase the draw at fundraising events as well as hit the people who arn't nessicarily going to be able to afford fundraisers (being a democrat...lets face it not all his possible supporters are going to be saddled with cash)...something like habitat for humanity, charity walks, blood drives....
Integrating him further in the community not so much as a hey look at me...but as someone who cares (who is just by the way running for office).... might also increase the draw of your fundraisers...

laidback evening garden parties...with good wine and munchies for a modest fee might work well too.. finding an awesome location is key though... before kids I used to go about an hour away into detroit (yes detroit) for friday evening garden parties at the whitney ( google garden parties at the whitney) ...it was $10 for all you could eat buffet, 2 cash bars and live music in the garden...an that place was always hopping...so setting up somthing like that with a location with maybe adding to the enty fee...or getting the campaign to offer limited bottle service...

I never thought I would see the words "garden party" and "Detroit" in the same sentence. Not ever.

Demon or Drozd, question for y'all. Does Cinna-Bomb/TV AC/etc liquids with cinnamon oil have any bad effects on the lungs?

I use the cinna bomb...with the oil you have to shake it on occasion to keep it from seperating...honestly I mostly use it in other juices as opposed to always straight....I mix it in green apple...or blueberry..in a 4to 1 ratio with the 4 parts being the fruit...
makes me think of a dessert we used to make while camping wheere we melted red hots inside an apple in the fire...

lol...and they're awesome believe it or not....but a good portion of that is the whitney itself...absolutely awesome...good live music (on occasion the one alternaive rock station would sponsor a few of them per summer)....and just a pretty mansion with an awesome garden and a killer wine list..seriously though here's the whitney website...not what you think of when you think of detroit...and certainly not downtown detroit : http://www.thewhitney.com/
