They can pop on a 5v mod, not always, but they can. If they don't pop, they burn the juice. I keep my LRs for my eGo and my REO (when it's on single cell). My atty stockpile is getting low, might have to place another big order. Juice reviews plow through atomizers like it's cool....

I have a stockpile of attys but have no idea which are LR and which are SR. It didn't matter so much with my Rivas and ProVape, so I didn't mark them. Need a meter. I do not want to pop em.

I love watching your reviews.

So, if I measure the volts under load, is that what the actual voltage is? I find the meter thing confusing! I just measured the turbo which hubby uses with the carto on it and adjusted it to 4.2. Is that right? When I set it to 4.2 and then put the carto on, it was reading at 3.8.

Ok, thanks. I just got a 5v Godzilla box in the mail and am afraid of it. :p HAHA! I have never used anything above 3.7v so I am a bit clueless.

If you're into cartos, yes, the Boge 3ohm is great on any 5v device with most juices (including the Hummingbird Nectar)...or use a 3ohm atty...3 is the magic number after all. ;)

I have vaped (and enjoyed) my Hummingbird Nectar at 3.7v with anything from 1.7ish to 2.5ohm attys and it's lovely...lower than 1.7ohm and it's not the same. 2ohms seems to be the sweet spot for atty/carto with this juice at 3.7v (keeping in mind that the 3.7v mod batts are coming off the charger at roughly 4.2v).

I wonder what is harvested from the hummingbirds so that they feel obliged to call it "nectar"

If I'm remembering rightly, they release the hummingbirds in an Imax theatre showing a 360* movie of stalking housecats. After about an hour, Cambodian children slip into the theatre and scrape the sweat off the hummingbird. The sweat is then fermented for a week and triple-distilled. And *that* is the nectar.

But I could be thinking of something else...

I really need to do the stills and video script for our intro series....

In my case, for LR stuff, I try to get it all in SS. For SR stuff, all in black. This makes it easy when I don't have stuff labeled. I buy in bulk, so 20 or so attys in a shot, then load them into a parts bin. I use this for most of my parts:

And a labeler for all the bins.

Oh yeah, I think I read that on the internet somewhere so it must be true

Okay, you KNEW I was going to have to google that! Now I know what Kopi Luwak is! Thanks a lot Pwyll...

I'm not doing it. The last thing someone said not to google and I did it anyway scarred me for life  as a matter of fact, I have to go be violently ill right now just remembering it! bbl

I am a coffee geek--I've been going back and forth on whether I want to try it for over a year now. I found a site selling it for $30 a pound and really considered it. But then I found a pound of 100% Jamaican Blue Mountain for $35 and figured that was my horrendously expensive coffee purchase for the year.

But it's been a year now.

For what it's worth, it is definitely NOT the Crab Juice of coffee--the worst reviews I've seen for it are "it's nothing special"...
