Getting ready to sit back and watch an evening of racing at the track "down the road" from my comfy couch! As much as we considered going to the race, I'm glad I didn't have to sit in 89* temps with 50% humidity and 100 acres of drunks! lol

and DARK OMG !! 89 degrees ...we would KILL to sit in 89 degrees here....
it's 109 w/19% humidity 20 mph wind....
It makes me think of a convection oven every time I open the front door !

But don't you know it's the humidity - not the heat that makes it so miserable! lol - Just Kidding!! I have a friend in Arizona who has family in the area - she's always so shocked about how it can be 85 here but miserable compared to 100 where she's from. She doesn't know how we stand it. We don't we go inside!!

Soooo, we took our baby to Cirque Du Soleil tonight. .............

hell! I hate clowns! These things were worse than any clown EVER and my baby was a freak magnet drawing them within punching distance to me SEVERAL times! One of them rubbed her head and I *almost* attacked it! I was just was too terrified to touch it and I froze. Dear God.

Also...I was apparently a bit of a freak myself tonight, I was the only vaper in the crowd of smokers during the 20 minute intermission. I took my Hog mod. They looked at me like I looked at the freaky clowns yet no one asked what it was.

Also durring intermission, we were standing in line to get snacks and Beth was holding Livi. Livi announced to anyone in earshot that she had just farted and then she began to feel Beth up . Beth handed her to me because she was laughing so hard she almost dropped her...and then the baby felt me up too . Dear God. Really...we can't go anywhere in public.

lol! Sounds like some crazyness and more sprinkled in for measure!

My wife has serious clown angst, so I know first hand what thats all about!

But, I have always wanted to go see a Cirque show- looks like it would be cool. The closest to that I have seen was when I was in Beijing (or Shanghai? I cant remember which) - amazing feats of strength and grace.
