Nope. I've got nothing. -Magnus

p.s. While y'all are reminiscing can somebody give me the background as to why Biaca said "Right, no!"??

Who is Biaca? Who would name their child Biaca? They should be punished.

So frustrated.... Last night I swapped out my HV306 for a newer one, since the older one was starting to have some performance drop off issues. New one has this horrible acrid taste that I can't get out and I've boiled it, PGA washed it, rinsed it, blown it out.... I'm running out of ideas. I can't enjoy my HbN as much as I'd like, having to suffer through a SR510 on my Darwin at 5v. It's close... but not the same.

Clay have you tried flooding it with VG, blowing it out and cigar puffing away the excess VG?

Yeah, I soaked it yesterday with VG and puffed puffed puffed. I just soaked it in PGA for 20 minutes, boiled it for 10, letting it dry now. I suppose I could dry burn it, but I'm inclined to think something on the bridge is tainting it.

I've taken a bitof PG with a lil bit of spearmint or peppermint flavor and and put about 10 drops threw it to get a bad taste out, take a lil bit for the Minty flavor to go away but it worked for me, maybe you too??

if you only knew ...

Ran a BBS from '92 to double-naught and been doin' the forum thing since back when it was arpanet--way back when a flamewar was considered entertaining (because it had to be creative to be a flame) and spam was posting the same message too many times because there were no ads or "email" yet.

I know :)

I hate to burst yer bubble but all the cool surveillance gear is being used on people with better looking avatars than yours...

You're not following the right thread I'm on then. ;-)

Burst away. The number of people who aren't willing to even discuss ~design~ ideas in PM kinda weird me out. Like there is an industrial conspiracy going on. -Magnus

Back then we were all trolls to a certain extent. But the trolling was of a higher quality back then. At least I seem to remember it being that way :)

I'm sorry my Queen Bee. *chin quivers*

Shall it be the chains and whips again? *perks up*

Or the celery? *deflates*

You called me by another woman's name Magnus. For that I just look at you with suspicious eyes and a stern expression and give you the silent treatment while at random I sigh loudly and shake my head. A few hours of that and you'll break quite nicely.

They say that memory is the first thing to go--but as I recall "troll" basically meant that you were in the wrong forum and refused to leave or refused to use any creativity or intelligence in your posts. That means that I pretty much remember it the way you do.

So you're probably wrong :)

But there is!
*breaks out the tinfoil and carefully wraps each tcp packet to prevent sniffing, hoping there is enough left over to fashion a hat*

On a serious note I guess you could always offer to exchange PGP keys and discuss it through encrypted email, but most of the paranoids are too paranoid to use encryption LMAO

Magnus does seem to be overly sensitive to the wimmenfolk so that would probably work on him. Since that's the way people (male or female) tend to act upon my appearance, it won't work on me. Hah! I'm already broken

You could very well be right LOL. My earliest memories of online communications are blurred by time. Stupid acoustic coupler to use the telephone handset on the modem and being mad because the single line to my favorite BBS was almost always busy. Technology and terminology have come a long way :) And no I don't want to go back, those truly were the "bad old days"
