Im getting there.Its just so slow.I have a few good days then I wake up feeling a mess,LOL!!Im thinking about looking for a used stationary bike.I cant ride my bike yet or even walk to far so I need something to build up my strength.I think Id be fine in the A/C and it might help.Hubs thinks Im crazy,but I need to move a little to get stronger.

Check craigslist! An exercise bike would be better than a treadmill - treadmill can mess with your equilibrium - and with your inner ear issues, you don't want that! And don't forget there are exercises you can do while sitting. Leg lifts. Knee lifts. Arm circles (small and large) etc. You can do some standing while holding on to the back of a chair to maintain balance.

eat spinach! It worked for popeye...or maybe some rogue gamma radiation or mutant spider....

Or maybe do some floor exercises if you have a workout ball ... hope your feeling better soon. The atrophy(sp?) just makes the fatigue worse and the jumpstart with some exercise will suck tomorrow, but help the day after.
